Man oh man have they gone downhill.
I don't know what happened but their food now is completely and utterly subpar.

The service was so far the pancakes were somewhat decent. The syrup absolutely was disgusting. Is like pouring water on pancakes

While the food is quite good, the wait times can be lengthy, and the portion sizes are somewhat small unless one orders pancakes. It would be appreciated if the French toast order included two full slices instead of a single slice cut in half.

We didn't get served until about 10 mins after being seated - and only then because we asked the host for someone to take out drinks order.

As we order our food we noticed that food portion was small.( not very fulling) plus not much favors to it. The pancake could be bigger. My wife didn't even finish her food so I ate mines and hers and still don't get full. There is basically no favors to the food its like eating AIR. So disappointed plus it cost over a $100. Not coming back

Food is usually great. Parking is easy. Service is iffy, sometimes good, sometimes slow. We always look forward to going each time.

I was actually really shocked to have to post this since the 2 I frequent the most by my house have always been great. But today my spouse and I were served over Done eggs for the bennies. They were also so saturated with sauce in top it made the English muffin way too soggy, then when one of us had the eggs redone they reserved them in water.....it also took quite some time for everything that we knew our food had been sitting for some time. Disappointing

Servers have a whatever attitude. I asked for bacon well done and they brought me a plate of burned bacon. And the server was ok bring that to my table. Their potato pancakes are blan. They taste like the oil they're cooked in. In the hollandaise sauce is canned. Doesn't taste very good. Presentation is good. Food looks pretty. And their coffee is good. Strawberry crepes are good.

I ordered an iced mocha drink to go along with my breakfast. When I got there, they instead gave me a hot mocha drink. I showed them the website where it says clearly “iced mocha”. Apparently neither the host or the cooks knew what I was talking about, so I said give me any other iced coffee drink you have. They then proceeded to bring out a small soda cup, filled with coffee and put ice in it and gave me sweeteners on the side and said this is the best we can do. Best you can do? Why is there iced coffee drinks on your website if you can’t really order them? Overall, it wasn’t so much the drink being wrong that upset me, it was the attitude given to me the customer, and the resulting drink I left with. Step it up.

I don’t know if they are under new chef/ownership but I feel that their quality of food went down significantly. Omelet was flat, hollandaise sauce texture has changed and was just salty and no longer tasty… Crab cake was soggy…Coffee and the service were excellent.

Old review: Food is great here. They close at 3. Usually about 15 minutes wait on weekends. Love the fluffy omelet!
