Vegan pastry options! Most are not labeled outright - so make sure to ask! When I was there they had vegan blueberry muffins, strawberry muffins, and a cinnamon turnover. Latte was amazing as well - they roast in house!

Nice place, cool to see the machinery up front. Good coffee!

Good food and coffee.
I went there earlier today, and the cashier that took my order was unfriendly and passive aggressive. She seemed annoyed when taking my order, and was more interested in sipping her water and making me wait for her than doing her job professionally.

The Matcha latte I ordered was overpowered by the cinnamon topping and water. I submitted feedback via the survey. Thankfully, management listened to my concerns and refunded me for the purchase. I truly appreciate them for listening to my feedback and trying to make things on their end. If I am in town again, I will give this spot another try. I am giving 4 stars because management went above and beyond to address my concerns.

Great coffee drinks!!. They make their own syrups and roast their own cofee beans.

BSC ( brown sugar carmal) latte is my favorite. I live in TN and mak sure I get a cofee whenever I am in town visiting family. Drinks are well balanced with the coffee flavor forward.

I love coming to a cafe, paying a tip, getting my name spelling butchered after I spelled it out and ending up waiting 20min for a quiche because they gave it to the wrong person, probably because they also mis-pronounced my name.

Both my wife and I really enjoyed the coffee here. I got a cold brew and an espresso shot. My wife got a dirty chai with oat milk, we both loved our drinks. They were really busy when we went but the staff was still super friendly and helpful

Drove all the way from French Valley just because my son and I had gone there. Was very impressed with the coffee. I drank it black. I never done that before. So here is the problem. We get there want to order but are told they do not brew after 1PM. Seriously? I was offered an Americana. Oh boy. Even Star bucks has one on tap. Maybe I should have tried it. Can’t imagine it would be as good.

Went to the Old Town location for a few weeks before realizing there was this location at Vail and another up on Winchester Road. And then the newest shop on Ynez.

Has been my go-to coffee location for 3 years. I'm moving away from Temecula now, so this review is a final thank you for keeping me awake with some delicious coffee.

The banana foster latte is seasonal, but a must. Here's hoping they make it a permanent menu addition

They have a problem making hot lattes here. They usually aren’t hot enough. I’ve gotten several warm lattes. Outside of winter they always make my latte iced for some reason- even when I specify hot. When I bring this to their attention & politely ask them to remake it, they never apologize and give attitude. Today they had to remake my latte, because they made it iced AGAIN- when they remade it instead of using oat milk, they made ot w/ regular milk. The issue is frustrating as they aren’t the fastest coffee shop so these mistakes can cause significant wait time. The staff isn’t friendly & oftentimes rude. Their coffee is actually very good & I enjoy their space, but I wish they would improve customer service!

I think the people they hire are as great as their coffee and coffee experience.
I just learned that this building has been closed since the 1800s and they open up a coffee shop in a place with so much history plus the story of Ramona. Wow!

Stopped here for coffee. I really liked the way this place set up and the decorations. It was clean and there was comfortable seating available. The service was pretty good. I ordered one of the specialty coffees and honestly didn’t think it was all that. I wish I had just got a latte or something, my cousins who took me there really liked their drinks however so I can’t judge this place based on my order alone. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Depends

Some of the new people are not properly trained, rude and don’t know how to make proper drinks. My drink was wrong and I asked for a remake and the response was “ well I’m really busy now and have a lot of drinks in front of you so you’ll have to wait! Really, aren’t they behind me? Anyway spent 30 minutes waiting for a latte today.
