The employees here are not friendly at all. I'm big on customer service and while the coffee is good, the attitudes by all the employees working today were terrible. I won't be returning. You shouldn't feel like you're bothering people when you're the customer.

Our favorite local coffee shop. We use their beans exclusively at home as well. Stop in, you won't regret it.

We came in at 10:30 on a Sunday and were shocked that there was no line and only one person already seated, with their order. It took us 16 minutes to leave because the girls behind the bar were gossiping for ten minutes before even starting on our two lattes. They were having very private conversations in front of us, they were incredibly loud, and were standing there, facing one another, not moving. This is the second time this happens and we will not be returning. If we order to go, there is no line, and your baristas choose to gossip and talk about private things, there should be no reason why someone leaves 16 minutes after ordering. The coffee is delicious, but unprofessional staff and long wait times are not worth it.

The bakery section is phenomenal here. Yes, that needs to be read first.
The coffee and all the sugary, flavored options are pretty good & creative.
The pricing is not so great, but it is 2024 and that's par for the course for coffee not made at home. A fancy, flavored coffee & a pastry is about as much if not more than an In-n-Out burger combo. Let that sink in.
The service is fair and nice, sometimes friendlier than other times.
The ambiance is chill and generally quiet.
Parking can be tricky with a crowded parking lot. But you can park a little further and walk if necessary.

So HAPPY, we found this coffee spot. Baked good A++, cold brew A++, they use a high-quality oatmilk. Syrup made in-house. Gluten free options. Can not wait to come back.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free strawberry donut was yummy.

The tiramisu iced latte is my favorite. Today I tried a strawberry shortcake iced tea latte, and it was delicious! The Press Espresso is priced better than Starbucks, and it tastes better. Plus, their drinks are beautiful!

I ordered a cold Nutella latte and it was disappointing. Messy to look at, tasted very bland with all the ice on top and definitely not mixed. The cocoa powder on top was spilling over.
I might try something else next time.

I have been to a few locations of Press Espresso, and each one is adorably cozy, very clean, and with friendly staff. The Temecula location was my first visit, and whenever in the area I will usually make a stop in, especially when they still had macadamia nut mylk as an option.. which I still ask in hopes each time they may bring it back, and I do apologize in my annoyance, lol!Anyways, this Cafe is outstanding! They have very high quality ingredients, especially the espresso. No matter if I get my drink iced, or steamed its always delicious. The almond mylk they use of choice is very creamy and sweet on its own; I love it and always debate whether to get it hot or cold. My sistren gets their tirimisu latte over ice and it looks divine, as well as having a ladyfingers snack in accompany. I really enjoy the small details this place takes on, like a complimentary cookie joining some drinks. I recently found out they carry vegan and gluten free items, and every time their is more options such as brownies and cookies, and now donuts and "twix" bars. Everything I have had here was exceptional, and felt very sustaining after eating, and not heavy like some items can be with so much sugar.. I love this place and will be back again next time in the area!
Dietary restrictions: A continually rotation of vegan and gluten free bakery items, as well as normal ones. Each visit more choices are available.
Parking: Busy parking lot shared with a trader Joe's and a few either prime locations.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair ramps and accessibility as well as parking spaces available.

Unfortunately, my experience at this coffee shop, especially with Kenzi, was beyond disappointing. Kenzi's service was not only subpar but also tainted with blatant racism. To make matters worse, they assumed I wouldn't pay for a simple extra shot of espresso, despite already spending $20 on two coffees and a croissant. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Super disappointed in price point, weak coffee, and customer service. When I ordered my drink (iced americano) I was told medium and large have the same number of shots of espresso - seems a bit deceiving. What is a person paying more for, with a larger size then?? I paid extra to have an additional shot added. Once I received my drink, it was weak, so I asked to purchase ANOTHER shot. I was charged almost $2 for an additional shot. Super disappointing they wouldn’t have just given that to me for free, at that point. Super weak shots of espresso! Ends up being an outrageously priced drink to have a “normal” strength iced americano.

3 people all within the same group came in waiting in line after the barista had already started making my drink. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry or upset and there really wasn’t even much of a wait since I was the only drink that had been ordered before those 3 people walked in. The barista pulled the shots for my drink and then walked away to take orders while my shots were just sitting on the counter. She then started heating up pastries for those people and even went to the back to answer the phone. Meanwhile my shots are just dying on the counter. Very inconsistent drinks. Why wasn’t that barista able to just finish the drink before doing other things? You don’t pull shots and let them sit for 6 min. . I’m in no rush I just don’t want my coffee tasting terrible. 2 other baristas came in around 9:45 and they all looked like teenagers who just rolled out of bed wearing pajama sweats with greasy messy hair. I’m so disappointed at the lack of consistency/quality put into the drinks. Felt like I was at a run down Dutch Bros. I remember being a teenager working at a coffee shop & nobody ever came in wearing pajamas or looking unhygienic. I also feel like none of those girls know anything about coffee or how to make basic drinks. Everything was overly sweet/ lack luster and careless. Also, nothing was hot not even the frozen center of the cruffin I ordered. Yuck. Just messy and not clean.RESPONSE TO OWNER: The location was Winchester Rd. And time was about 9:15-9:30 AM today (4-2-2024)
