3x visits in a row our food was delayed & our family didn’t get to eat together. Each dish was separated by 30-40 mins. One of which never came because the server forgot to put in the order. We liked this place the first time and kept trying to give it a chance but unfortunately, we won’t be going back.

Maybe it was just the night I came here, but it just felt off. I came here with a party of six and there were three other tables with guests. Sushi was good, but we ended up staying at the restaurant for nearly three hours; the service was unfortunately incredibly slow. We just lost our appetite halfway into it waiting for the rest of the food to come out.

Honestly I never experienced anything like this. We were there at sushi bar for one hour and ten minutes and still didn’t get our basic order. One chef trying to service 30 customers. We had to leave and didn’t get our food we ordered because it took so long. Really ruined our dinner after a long day of work. Ended up eating chipotle because it was the only thing opened after we waited all night.

I love this place! The sushi is amazing, and the family who runs it is super sweet. Arrive early to avoid waiting. It's a great place, but it can get busy (just like any other good restaurant).
Rating the service here poorly because of the long waits and poor attention to our table of two. We were seated immediately but waited over 10 minutes before we flagged our server for water. Time goes on and we continuously have to wave someone down for service. To order and when the check came. To top this off the employees were gathering and talking at another table where they knew the customers. Despite the poor service the food was extremely good. We would like to give this place a second chance only because of the delicious sushi.
