Food & service here is always great except for tonight. Ordered an X-Large pizza and told them we were gonna dine in but asked for it to be put in a take out box. We waited and waited until finally I went up and asked them if our pizza was ready. The guy at the counter went to check and it was sitting there waiting to be picked up. At this point I was pretty upset so I asked him for our receipt to see if it printed out the time that I ordered. Turns out I ordered at 6:21 and we didn't get it until 7:10-WTH! Had I not said anything we wouldn't have gotten our pizza. Mind you there were 5 workers in there and not one of them noticed that we were sitting there without any food. No one came to us to ask what we ordered or to see what was wrong. Besides me and my husband there were only 2 other customers dining in. The only thing the guy said was "oh sorry." The bad thing is that we love the pizza here- my husband is from NY and he knows good pizza. But sadly we won't be coming g back.

I first tried out Times Square Pizza & Bagels two months ago when I moved to the area. Since then, I have gone here almost once a week & will not go anywhere else for my pizza. It's been so hard to find a decent place for pizza around here--but the food quality is fantastic and so delicious--there's never any leftovers! My top favorites are the buffalo chicken pizza & hawaiian pizza. All staff members I have met have been very kind, respectful, and hardworking. I especially want to give my thanks to the girl with the pretty eyelash extensions, she was very sweet, helpful, and even offered me a complimentary promotional sauce. I'm so happy I found this place!

It was a good average NY style supreme pizza. The selection of regular crust size was limited to only two sizes of only 12 and 18" and nothing in between. Only gluten-free size pizzas were available in between. Wierd selection!

Great NY style pizza! Have been looking for a place like this in the Temecula/Murrieta area and this hit the spot! Pizza available by slice, and good combo deals like a couple slices and a coke just like the east coast. Don't sleep on their other food either, the calzones, garlic knots, and pizza twists are delicious.

cozy, friendly service, big screen tv, but the best part is the quality tasting fresh pizza. Our 9 yrs old twins loved pepperoni and pineapple pizza. The crust of the pizza is just right. Pie maker Madison knows how to make delicious pizzas, thank you, Madison.

I ordered a 12 inch cheese for the grandkids and a 12 inch custom with bacon, pepperoni, olives and cheese for us + 6 garlic knots. The pizza was nothing special, lacked in toppings and deficient in flavor. The custom 3 topping rang the register at $21 for a 12 inch pizza. Seems high for what we received. I ordered doordash and it took a long time and pizza got cold, and even after all of that the pizza was incredible good. Cold pizza, better than any pizza I had around Murrieta and Temecula. Now I need to come in person and try it hot. Damn, so

Well we order a 2 liter of Pepsi, a large meat lovers pizza and a stromboli. Instead of the pizza I got an order of really old tasting chicken wings. The rest of the order came in which was the strombone in the 2 l pop called the restaurant and said my order was missing the pizza so that is fine. Mistakes happen. Just refund my money for the pizza portion so they cannot do that so they are good enough to bring the pizza out. The problem is we waited so long that the family went over to get some tacos. So I guess now I have a pizza to put in the fridge and throw out tomorrow morning since I am traveling. Can't believe they cannot refund their mess up. Again I know mistakes happen.
