The food is ok, average. There is not much Filipino fast food in the area so this is my to go to place if I’m craving Filipino food and desserts. The staff are nice and friendly one of the reasons I like to go here. The only thing is the prices keep going up, every time I go there there is always a raise of prices on everything especially the desserts. I remember buying the mini bibingka at 1.75 now it’s 3.25. Same thing with suman and other desserts. All year long the prices keep going up. And today they start charging for the container for .50 if you want extra sabaw. I ordered the 2 entrees I chose pancit and dinuguan, she was about to put the dinuguan in the tray and I told her to put it separate cz I don’t want it to mix with the pancit. And she said that there is a charge of .50 for the container. Not cool, you should eat the cost of the container not the customer. Not ok to have that kind of business. The worst part is their rewards system has changed as well. You have to spend $500 to get a free halo halo. It’s a joke. Trinings management please don’t be too greedy. Not a good way to keep customers and make business.

Service is hit or miss, which determines your portions. Some items really good, others just ok. Used to be pretty decent on pricing but it has spiked over the last year. Definitely cutting into the value and review. Prices increased about 25% over the last year.

Food is exceptionally good although most selections are pork based. Cakes and pastries are above par compared to other Filipino bakeries. The veggie lumpia was soggy and oily and could use better quality control !

I ordered tuyo silog. I told them I wanted the tuyo to be soft and the eggs over easy. The tuyo were crispy and the eggs were well done. The tuyo became less in quantity.

The number system is a fail. People tried to cut us because they called 3 numbers at a time. People they are in order, not first come first serve. Prices for desserts are sky high and for the ulam too.

Ordered my food over the phone for pick up. Got there. I see my food on the counter. I just wanted to pay and get a got meal but the cashier wouldn't let me pay, wanted me to wait for all these other people waiting for their number to be called meanwhile my food is sitting there OPEN, getting cold. Terrible system. Why even have a pick up option if you're just going to have to wait for everyone just walking in and then get served cold food? It's stupid

YOU NEED TO GET THE BOPIS! Absolute best around. The fresh lumpia is great and the halo halo as well. I’ve eaten here many times and i have yet to have anything bad. You really can’t go wrong.

We live about 45 mins away just to get the kare kare. I called to make sure they had it. They said yes everyday. My husband gets there and they said it will take an hour to make. The lady said that a lot of people buy it and it runs out fast, if it does and they know that, why didn’t they start making more when the batch got low? Or prepare more ahead of time knowing it going to run out? Or even ask if I’d like to order in advance. It’s poor management, poor customer service and my husbands drive and gas was wasted.
