Not returning. Our experience was to give this place a second chance, and the food still was not good, chicken extremely dry, etc. In my opinion, it was a waste of about $50 plus a $10 tip. Our order took a long time to arrive at our table even though the place was pretty empty. We also observed that most of the bench seating was greasy and had crumbs. There are other restaurants to choose in this town.

The atmosphere wasn’t quite what I expected — loud country music with occasional rap tracks made it feel a bit chaotic, and the interior was dark with a somewhat gloomy vibe. Our table was sticky, which didn’t help the first impression. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, but it lacked the signature heat and spice — it leaned more sweet than spicy and the chicken was a bit dry. On the plus side, the fries were excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal.

My husband didn't love the carne asada fries (said they tasted old), but I was craving Mac and cheese and this did more than the trick! Huge portion for a reasonable price, which is hard to find these days.

Spent a while trying various establishments around Temecula Parkway for Taco Tuesday spots. Happened upon this one last year and it blew most of the other restaurants out of the water.
For a few months, it was Taco Tuesday at Uncle Bob's every week, on the dot. The bartender working Tuesday nights began recognizing my name and number HAHA
I'm moving away from Temecula, so I thought I'd leave this review as a final thank you for some great tacos and service.
