Stopped by Waba Grill and was really let down. The heavy-set guy at the register didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and had zero personality. He just stood there with a giant tip container on the counter this is a fast food place, not full-service. Why are tips even being pushed?
We ordered chicken rice bowls, but the portions were weak barely any protein, and for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. We asked for green onions, which were forgotten, so we had to go back up and ask again. Also told him the order was for here, but he packed it to-go anyway, probably just to avoid cleaning a tray.
The restaurant itself was clean, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We left still hungry and pretty disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back

Tiniest “family size” ever. Their a la carte protein is a rip off. Just get a bowl or something else. The protein serving is not worth the $$$. It looks nothing like the picture.

Good customer service. Not a busy location. Waited about 10 minutes for my food and it hit the spot. I'm not in Temecula much but I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Mostly clean, service was odd, almost walked out when no one seemed like they were taking orders, then, finally someone did. Food was ok. Didn't ask if I wanted sauce... didn't get any.
Love Waba Grill but after last order I will avoid it. Chicken is so dry is hard to chew, feeling like you chewing nails. Stake is chopped rubber, trying to chew but can’t. Had to eat it cuz was hungry.Service was absolutely horrible. The guy didn’t say A WORD while taking my order, got the feeling like I did something wrong while ordering my food.The biggest disappointment for me from my fav lunch-at-work restaurant.
