The manager was on FaceTime throughout the preparation of my order, including while taking my order at the register. He continuously looked at his phone during the transaction. He then handled the meat while holding his phone in his other hand, removed the meat from the grill without washing his hands, and proceeded to put on only one glove to cut the meat after touching his phone. This behavior raised serious concerns to me about food safety and hygiene, it seems to me food, safety and hygiene is not a priority.

I just stopped by on my way home from work, there truck delivery was running late so there wasn't no steak to order, the protein was limited to chicken, shrimp, and fish. I ordered the chicken and it was dry but the sauce helped a little. Overall it was ok.

No online orders 🙄👎👎👎👎
5 ⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE! The team that works here are the best. I drive to this Waba 30 minutes from my house because they’re beyond professional and they always get it right. My meals come out fresh and on point every single time.

Ordered the plantspired steak which was ok. Glad they had a plant based option. We also ordered the miso soup which was watery and tasteless. The interior was very warm. Not the place to go to escape the heat.

Stopped by Waba Grill and was really let down. The heavy-set guy at the register didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and had zero personality. He just stood there with a giant tip container on the counter this is a fast food place, not full-service. Why are tips even being pushed?
We ordered chicken rice bowls, but the portions were weak barely any protein, and for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. We asked for green onions, which were forgotten, so we had to go back up and ask again. Also told him the order was for here, but he packed it to-go anyway, probably just to avoid cleaning a tray.
The restaurant itself was clean, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We left still hungry and pretty disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back

Love their plant inspire plate
Tiniest “family size” ever. Their a la carte protein is a rip off. Just get a bowl or something else. The protein serving is not worth the $$$. It looks nothing like the picture.

Healthy eats, and you can add a protein to any of the dishes. Service was fast and very reasonably priced.
Kid-friendliness: To me not a place kids would particularly care for
Wheelchair accessibility: Oh yes, easily accessible!
