I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

I normally love wingstop but our black friday night restaurant experience was unforgettable amd was shocked to learn management were prioritising deliveroo orders over their sit-in guests. We were told that our order would be ready in 30 minutes as they are busy, however it did not come after half an hour and were being told that it’d atleast take another 20 min and got offered refund as we can’t wait that long. It was not too busy at restaurant but they were preferring making money via take away and not valuing their guests sitting at restaurant Terrible experience due to in correct info at the time of order and how they prioritise takeaway partners more than their customers However staff was really nice and apologetic but not their mistake

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

I've been meaning to leave this for awhile now and tonight reminded I had to finally leave a review! The food is always amazing, but extra amazing when the tall, blond and beyond kind young man Dylan is working. I don't know why it is, but when he's working my visit is ALWAYS extra special! I don't know who trained or who raised Dylan, but amazing jobs to them also!! 👏 👍

Ordered for delivery, got my order only to see they forgot an item. Called and the employee says oh yeah I know it was left off then laughed then proceeded to tell me I can either come pick it up or get it another day... Now why in the world did I pay for delivery only to have to come and pick up my missing item??? I go pick up my item and not that I expected anything free, but they sure didn't offer either for MY time that I paid for.. Only thing I got was - do you want pickles on your sandwich? Does it come with it if so then yes! I don't think I will go back to this location again.. Been to then one in Menifee a few times, looks a lot cleaner then Temecula location .. I'll see about going to the new location closer to my house once it opens. Food was OK.. Wouldn't know if it was good it was cold by the time I got to eat it since I had to go get my missing item smh

First time ordering here so i did it online to avoid wait times but when we got there they still didn’t have our order ready and we had to wait 10-15mins.. when they gave us the order the guy handing it to us listed everything that was in the bag so we trusted that it was all there but when we got home the entree wasn’t even in there.. so I just got a drink and fries for lunch from the combo. After calling to try to talk to the manger to fix this the employee who answered told us the manager was too busy to come to the phone and would call us back, its been a few days now and they never reached out so it’s safe to say we will not be coming back as this location does not care about wasting your time and money.

Store #2675. Ordered well before the rush for dine in. Only 2 people ahead of us. Then the swarm of online orders came in. Idiot manager apparently prioritized every online order while leaving dine in customers hanging. After 45 mins waiting I demanded our money back. They couldn’t even handle that and just asked me to write my name and number down. Worst experience ever. These guys can’t run a business and have zero customer service. Don’t have to hope, just a matter of time they close.

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

First of all the food was not ready at the promised time. 30 minutes to be exact, but the bigger issue was food safety. Happy the food was not for me. Anyway, as I waited, I got to watch cases of chicken parts defrost on the dirty floor by the trash can. Ew. The bottom box was out so long it already thawed enough to sweat through the cardboard. Food safety is not a priority.
