Love this sushi place!!! The lunch special has the best pricing and delicious options. Not only the lunch special was awesome but they also give commentary music soup and fresh mini salad to go with your meal. I love how they offer a pitcher of water left at your table so you can serve yourself. And I love how they offer trainer for chopsticks for children!! This place has everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL SUSHI LOVERS TO COME HERE!!! I also recommend the soft-shelled crab hand roll - it was so flavorful and delicious (5$ lunch special).

Disappointed by Quality, Despite Good Atmosphere and Service
As longtime sushi lovers who have dined across LA, OC, and San Diego — from AYCE spots to omakase experiences — we were really hoping this place would be a hidden gem. Unfortunately, it fell short where it matters most: the fish.
The sushi was served at room temperature, which immediately raised a red flag. The albacore, in particular, tasted off — mushy, brittle, and with that unpleasant fishy note that signals it’s far from fresh. It lacked the clean, delicate taste you expect from good-quality sushi. We had one or two bites and decided not to risk eating any more.
It’s a shame, because the atmosphere and service were truly enjoyable. The presentation was also on point — visually, everything looked great. But when it comes to sushi, freshness is non-negotiable, and unfortunately, that’s where this place missed the mark.
If you’re looking for ambiance and friendly service, this spot might still appeal to you. But if you're in it for the sushi — especially if you know and love fresh, clean flavors — this might not be the right fit.
I freaking love sushi and this place has to be the best in the area when it comes to quality of food. Now normally I will crush an AYCE because I love to eat a lot of sushi, but if I’m looking for great tasting quality stuff, this is the spot. In my recent visit, I sat at the bar and the chefs were very nice and friendly. There was a list of items of fresh fish that they offered on the wall and they all exceeded my expectations. One of my favorites was the blue fin spicy tuna hand roll. I will definitely be back for that.

Best place in Temecula for consistently delicious and fresh sushi. My partner and I have been here time and time again and it's always been SO good. We are also always excited to try new things here and that says something. Love the atmosphere and incredible staff. We will be back ✨️💖💖

The freshest sushi in Temecula! The quality is consistent and Never disappoints. They’re closed Mondays and closed between lunch and dinner. The service is great. Quiet, fun vibe, cute + funky decor. Chef seems like a cool guy! I see regulars chatting with him at the sushi bar. The lunch special.. you can’t beat the price, quantity or quality - period! Every meal comes with a miso soup and small salad. Both are good! They serve beer and sake - easy to make this place the first stop on a date night! I cannot say enough about the chef’s special sauce that comes with a few of the rolls - look for it! Drool thinking about it! This place is such a hidden gem, I tell everyone about it! We need to keep them open and thriving! So happy I found Youandi Sushi!
