Unfortunately the quality and quantity have slowly gone down greatly. Have noticed this before the pandemic. Have gone back a few times to give them them a chance hoping it was a fluke. Tonight I call to let management know the problems with quantity and quality in case they are training new cooks but not the case. I was told it has been same cook for 5 years so time to move on...

Ordered a pad Thai and calamari appetizer at about 2030 hours. First delivery estimate at 2110 hours. Updated delivery at 2130. Then 2155. Now 2220. They close at 2230. Guess they're not gonna cook my food. Guess they're gonna lose me as a customer. Guess I'm gonna leave a bad review. Guess others will read this bad review. Guess maybe they'll start keeping up with their orders.

Been a customer for about 3 years now and always order the same two things: Yellow curry & Panang curry. These two curries have been the BEST curries I have ever had in all my years of eating thai curry. Why is that? Because the consistency of the curries were thick and creamy. The panang is always a hit or miss anywhere you go, but here it was always perfect. You also get an amazing portion size for the low price. Until today. I had ordered my usual order plus chicken pad se ew. Both curries were unusually thin in consistency, they used to be a real nice thick curry. The toppings in the yellow curry were chopped much much smaller than before and there was barely any toppings, which is rare. The panang also usually comes with veggies as default, but this time it did not. The curry was not filled to the top like it used to be either. The flavor? It had a little bit of that Zabber taste, but was off for the most part. And that was just the curries. The pad see ew noodles came as a good size portion, however, the noodles were dry and the chicken was even drier. This is super unfortunate and I am disappointed. I hope things will go back to the way they used to be, but until then, this is my final review.
