Wide and prisma noodles seemed the same to me, wide slightly better, will try another version if I get it, but I prob won't order here anymore Beef roll was just ok, wouldn't get again, felt too meaty and chunky Cold dishes Liked - celery tofu skin this is the only one worth getting Meh - potato, not much flavor - pig ears, same - chicken gizzards, same - seaweed, same Bad - cucumber, it has sugar in it for some reason

I got the house noodle soup and added bok choy. I had the shrimp stir fried noodles and beef cold noodles for my family to-go. Everything was prepared super fast. It is my second time here and it has been consistently good! Would recommend :)

Bring a jacket cause it's a fridge inside! Perhaps I didn't order right but the dry spicy flat hand-made noodles looked the best. It turned out to be extremely salty. Thankfully not too spicy though. The noodles were super long and hard to pick up with chopsticks because of the heavy grease. I didn't finish my meal because it was too salty and greasy. It's pretty typical Chinese where they assumed I spoke mandarin and kinda rushed for us to pay the bill by bringing it over pretty soon and checking on it frequently. But they have a cool painting, plenty of napkins&utensils, and a fly zapper to keep out nasty bugs.

No frills just really good noodles. The texture on the noodle is really springy and fresh. Soup on point too.

Wow. Get out. We saw a show in this type of Chinese noodle soup and looked for a place in LA. This is it. It's 1000% authentic. You can watch the chef stretching the noodles almost table side. The broth is like a warm hug. All the different noodle shapes were amazing, and they do completely change the texture. The restaurant is so unpretentious. You have to be looking or you'd never find it. A simple stall in a low budget strip mall. Service was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. I say I like a lot of ethnic restaurants, but I never go back. I will be back here.

Died and went to hand made noodle haven. Soooo good! We tried Braised beef wide noodles and special dry beef noodles, regular type. Drove from San Diego to eat at this place. In food comma now.

This place was a last minute find on my drive to Palm Springs and I'm very glad I found it. Best beef noodles in Arcadia and most of Southern California. The quality of the hand made noodles were impeccable. The soup broth was very flavorful as well. I would recommend everybody bring their family and friends here!

We came over after milk tea love their Lanzhou beef noodle! I had the wide noodle with spicy soup! It's the best so far out of all the noodle houses I've had! Small dishes are good too!

House Special beef noodle is a must-try; the soup is the best match in LA to the ones I had in China, plus the sesame is the kicker. I recommend adding vinegars half the way to create a different taste.

I will get the negative out of the way first. The establishment was dirty, especially the restroom and the service was slow. Now, the best part of eating here was trying freshly handmade noodles. The soup served is a decent portion. I ordered the Chinese hamburger; plain and simple, no taste. The overall experience was alright. I doubt I'll come back and visit for another try.

This place is just okay. I got the braised beef noodles, and the noodles are good, the broth is decent, but the beef was really dry, like they've been boiling it for hours. The best part about it was the portion size, you get a lot of food and it lasted me 2 meals (in the restaurant and at home). The green onion pancake was good. The inside also had a smoky smell and we kept getting startled by the zaps of the fly killing devices. The smoky smell was also in the bowl of noodles, which was a little off-putting. I don't live in this area so I can't say it's worth the travel to Arcadia. I was initially interested in going because I saw it getting hyped up on SGV Eats (FB group) and on here but I saw when I got to the restaurant that they have a 20% off discount if you post a review to social media and show them I assume? (I didn't get any discount though, I'm writing this review afterwards, of my own accord). So I feel like it got overhyped for me. I should have known better but oh well. Good if you live in Arcadia already but otherwise, there's better places.

I was looking for something quick to feed my tummy and discovered this noodle place located at the corner of plaza on Duarte Rd. The restaurant is small but pretty clean, I got greeted as soon as I walked in, I ordered their signature beef noodle and I got to choose noodle type to fit my preference. While I was waiting for my food, there was a noodle chef was making the dough into noodles. Soon after , my noodle arrived with tasty soup base, perfect chewy noodle and sliced beef on top. If you are looking for noodles soup wether in hot or cold weather, I would recommend you to give this place a try ! PS They have ongoing 20% off discount, perfect for everyone to save some bucks :)

Late lunch time on a weekday, ordered a braised beef noodle bowl. The place is very clean and inviting. You also get a nice view of the foothills. The first thing I smelled was the floral and spicy broth as the noodles were brought out. My first time here, I ordered medium spicy and normal noodles. The noodles here are hand pulled by the chef in the front. Everything worked well in this bowl. The chives and veg, the braised beef with was both shredded and cut into proper bite sized portions. When you finish the noodles, it's worth it to go beef hunting as you finish the broth. It's worth it and a damn good bowl. I can imagine this place being slammed during the dinner hour and on the weekends. Glad I came here when I did. I Shall Return (when I'm down here)
