Good food for the price. Had better, but affordable and convenient. I liked the pork chop on braised pork rice, and the signature noodles. Potsticker was just ok. Will be back.

Food is okay. Given that it is fast food style, no complaints. Price is reasonable, too. The problem is that customer service is getting worse. The Asian girl on the evening shift doesn’t give a damn about customers and has an attitude. The Latino guy on the afternoon shift often has a hard time understanding items on the menu and is very sloppy. In addition, store cleanliness and upkeep need some attention as well. The dirtiness had built up and makes the store feel like it has been open for 5-6 years, but the store opened only two and a half years ago.

Bằng Dumplings in Temple City serves tasty dumplings with generous portions — almost too much to finish! Great flavors and good value, definitely worth a visit.

The rice is tough and the meat looks like it's missing a chunk. It's not good. I wouldn't recommend it

The food is good, don't get me wrong. I do have to complain about the proportions that they serve as they do not match what they show in their images. I've noticed these portions getting smaller and smaller and it's really disappointing because I am paying the full amount for a complete meal and only getting half.

I ordered a pork chop with braised pork belly rice. And when they called my order guess what they gave me some noodles. Of course I told them the order was wrong and it took them a whole 20 minutes to get my food ready. So disappointed.

This location is understaffed. You need to wait for a long time even it is not peak hour.

Kitchen staff is limited so food takes some time to come out (~15-20 mins). You can order from the kiosk but if you have questions, they’ll walk from the kitchen out to the front to help you complete your order.

Original potstickers is still one of my favorites. But if you’re trying to avoid fried foods, get the dumplings. I love that they come out hot. And I mean hot.

If you’ve had the 八方雲集 in Taiwan, do not compare them. It’s just different and we just don’t have the same access here. It’s still a nostalgic flavor and a great spot when you want dumplings.
