The food was good. Price was reasonable. Customer service was at a minimum.

Always love coming to this place for Thai food. This time, we tried the spicy salmon. Very beautiful restaurant, but no amount of decor is going to make up for an employee not washing his hand after going to the toilet. I witnessed this and was glad we got our food first, but this makes wonder how many times this goes on? I hope this is addressed or this we become my least favorite Thai restaurant.

The waiters and waitresses are polite and friendly. They serve the customers right away.

The lunch was great!
But the bench seats are filthy dirty and old with stains even my 5 year old niece don’t want to seat on it

This is a surprise. For the price, it's a great value. Sizes are decent. Selection is good. Staff seemed genuine from South East Asia. I can't decipher the tongue so it's not Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipinos. Likely Thai or Malaysian. Service is decent, there are enough staff on the floor and everyone serves every table.

Hainan chicken, steamed or fried, both good. Tom yum noodle soup, pretty good. Could be stronger but for $12, it's as far as I would expect it to go. Patai noodles were good and did not end up as stringy rubber band nor shredded pieces nor a giant glob of rice flour.
No refills on drinks. Certainly water you could get all you want. Careful with the booth seat, the wooded sill is wide and unforgiving if you plant your behind on the corner. Watch out.

It's a delicious Thai restaurant, but the hot and sour noodle soup is not ideal. It's neither sour nor spicy and pink, and it also contains white fungus? There are not many ingredients in the soup noodles, so I don’t recommend it! The shredded papaya is too thick, the fried rice noodles are a bit hard, and the green curry is super spicy! The fried squid and chicken legs are delicious, and the milk tea is pretty good...

My favorite Banana Bay is the one in Rowland Heights and this place is close to that level. Overall a solid lunch experience.

I had their crispy hainam chicken and it was delicious, solid quality crispy chicken and perfectly cooked rice. Their pad see eew chicken was a solid selection for the lunch hour.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. The location has a lot of seating options and parking spots.

Was in the area getting my car serviced and stopped in for lunch. The Hainan chicken lunch special was delicious and really flavorful. The homemade sauce was excellent and the portion was large and a great value for the price. The servers were very attentive and polite. I would definitely go back.

This is my favorite thai food restaurant. I've invited friends and family and we all enjoy this place. They even come on their own without me. My favorites are: Tom yum seafood soup, love the spiciness and the taste of lemon on the broth. Pad see ew is always a must. Spicy shrimp fried rice so delicious. Crying tiger is so good, I also enjoy the garlic bbq ribs (not so fried)
My new favorite is the papaya salad (vegetarian), so it is refreshing after a heavy meal. Unfortunately, I don't like Thai tea, very bland. I enjoy the taste of the leafs. If you like desserts, a must try is the mango sticky rice. The banana roll is also good with the ice cream. Obviously, service depends on how busy it is, but they try to help you.

Vegetarian options: A lot of the food can be modified if it's not labeled vegetarian.

Parking: It's inside a plaza, parking lot for a lot of shops.
