Used a coupon. Still almost paid $6 for this sad excuse of a shake. You’d think for that price, you’d get at least a full serving — maybe some actual ice cream, or hey, even milk? But nope. What I got felt like someone half-blended ice and syrup, then called it a day.
Night shift clearly isn’t too worried about quality control. Whatever this was, it definitely wasn’t worth the money — coupon or not. If this is what “premium” looks like at Carl’s Jr., you’re better off blending ice at home and drinking disappointment through a straw.

Ok. Let’s be fair, reasonable and honest. The 2 workers there were in charge of the whole floor. And they did their best. Here is the milkshake. Half full. Also, We Ordered French toast sticks. Only for them to forget the large coke. Ok I had to ask 10 times for the soda. And show the receipt. Once we left, we were across the street when we discovered that they forgot the syrup. Wow. Just wow.
