New round of staff are food hoarders , nickel and dime over the smallest thing. Can't have anything for a fair amount it's always an extra price. Been coming here for years and after 2020 temple city location has become a nasty greedy place. Chipotle will not be getting my money ever again.

Not sure why so many bad reviews this is the best chipotle I've been to. The workers are really nice and I think it pisses people off when customer service people try to actually enjoy their jobs. They talk on the side to each other here and there but so what? I can wait an extra minute if it means the people serving me aren't miserable. They always pack the bowl and the place is clean. I've never been concerned with the quality of my food. I think people need to calm down. Customer service workers are human beings and sure it's their job to serve you but that's no excuse to be rude and impatient. Lighten up - you can wait an extra minute or two.

Absolutely infuriating experience at this location. Workers did not seem to understand the whole point of pick-up shelf. I ordered to pick up at 1:00 PM, arrived at 12:59 PM and there was a long line of walk-ins. Thought I was smart to order ahead of time but there was NOTHING on the pick-up shelf, but there are numerous bags just SITTING in the kitchen. 6 people working and NO ONE wanted to stock the pick-up shelf or check in with customers... Workers noticed me trying to signal them but did absolutely nothing. I had to wait 30 whole minutes to wait for my order which WAS ALREADY MADE LIKE WHAT THE FUCK!? By the time I got my order there was no more walk-in line. You're telling me the whole pick-up system is pointless then if no one bothered to even stock the shelf?Never going here again absolutely stupid waste of time.

This 1 star rating is purely for the poor customer experience, specifically delivered by manager/supervisor Miguel. He was rude and unprofessional. He started a conversation with one of the employees while standing there holding my food. When I made a comment about it he said he was "multitasking" and to be patient. I don't think he knew what multitasking meant as he was only moving his mouth.

Came in to try their new promotion Carne Asada steak I kept getting emailed about, when I arrived I noticed the meat had been sitting there for a while past the 30mins at least.I asked the food server in a respectful and polite manner if he could make a fresh batch and that I would be willing to wait and pay extra, but unfortunately, he said politely replied that he wasn't able to do that because he had to sell this meat that had been sitting for over 30mins, cold, not fresh, and reduced in overall quality. He stated that it was slow and that's understandable. However, what is not understandable is not accomadating for fresh food at when asked.If this is what Chipotle represents as company then I am very disappointed and others should be to. Not willing to ensure their overall food quality and serving food that has been out past its time and trying to sell you that meat because your company will lose out on what is considered "trivial money" is unacceptable. You should not eat here if they are going to serve you food that isn't fresh.

I decided to Grubhub chipotle for pick up. I got a salad bowl and my fiancé got a burrito bowl. I was starving I can't wait to get home to eat. So I told my fiancé I'm going to eat my bowl first. When I take my bowl out of the bag, the bowl feels light like basically feel like nothing is in there. So I was like "f it I'm going to shake it up and mix everything together before I eat" after I shake the bowl up and open the cap. OMG lets me tell you how mad I was, the food not even enough for 1 person. It look like a kid meal instead. I pay $14 for just a little bit of food? There is no meat, just like half scoop of rice and bunch of vegetables and 2 spoon of red hot sauce. $14????????
