lovely little eatery, not too busy at 1pm on a Wednesday. great selection of teas. we ordered wonton soup (very filling and hearty), gyudon (delicious and sweetly savoury), and white peony tea (crisp and refreshingly light!) will definitely come again. i appreciate the plastic dividers between tables - good to see that a business still cares about privacy and COVID consciousness in a small space!
I came here for Sunday dinner and Monday lunch the next day, both times with no wait.
The food was plenty flavorful and didn’t feel too heavy. My favorites were the spicy Thai basil chicken rice and prawn tofu wraps! The Hainan chicken rice could be better though; the chicken was good quality meat but seemed slightly overcooked.
The service was also good and not overbearing. Overall, a pretty stress-free and pleasant dining experience!

I can not say enough positives about this restaurant: the serbers are very courteous and helpful. Besides the great food, they often came and asked if we needed anything such as refills.
