Fast + hot, just the way i like it! Tacos were great, nice + crispy. Fries were very good. Burgers are kind of average but good enough. I really like the chicken strips + all the Late Night Munchy Meals--very creative.

So I was short item call in they said give 30 min and we'll call you back that was 11 am it now 441 pm called the number back 10 times no answered it said there not busy . So I guess they just give crap about their customer

Ordered 4 Sausage Croissants through the mobile app. Which consists of Sausage, Egg, Cheese, and Croissant. When I arrived it was not ready yet, so I waited. Took about 15 for the order to come out. As I walked to the car I took one out to eat one, I noticed it was missing the egg. I opened the other ones, all were missing the egg. It's a good thing I caught it before driving all the way home or I would've been pretty pissed off. But for a simple breakfast sandwich to be missing a main ingredient on all of them is unbelievable. The girl at the front was apologetic and corrected the order, but she wasn't the one that made the mistake. JitB needs to step up their training, as the crew seems to be allowed to work without knowing what actually goes in the sandwiches.

Just shows how you can manipulate Google what a joke the chicken nuggets were pretty good but the burger taste like you made the freaking patty yesterday I just donāt understand he took the time to freshly cook me the nuggets and then gave me some crap patty burger I like to throw it in your face you guys suck
I enjoy Jack in The Box, but this store has especially terrible service. I never got the name but there is one light skinned Hispanic male with a terrible attitude, he wears leadership attire which is crazy for someone with such an attitude. Itās also a bad idea to assume others donāt speak Spanish. As sometimes I hear him talk bad about other customers or possibly crew members in Spanish while Iām waiting at the drive through. There is no need for someone like him to be working in quick service and I hope that management can remove him. Edit: I told myself I would never come back to this location due to specific staff members, but I gave it one last chance today. I have to say Laila was the sweetest cashier Iāve ever met in my life and she made me good food as well. Jack needs to hire more people like her and not like the one in my previous review. Itās not 5 stars, but Laila definitely makes me want to come back!!

Only rating it one star cause I canāt rate it zero, went in the store and no one else was inside besides like 2 cars in the drive thru, I stood at the register for 10 minutes while the entire staff just took turns looking at me and continuing on about their business not a single person said a word to me until the person who was working drive thru just walked up and looked at me not even āsorry about the waitā or even ā how can I help youā just looked at me and on top of that am now having food poisoning from the tacos I waited almost 20 minutes for, presumably because they either messed with my food or because it was so dirty in there who knows what I ate but yup itās comin out both ends not fun. Do not go here.
Order an ultimate cheeseburger at drive-thru; perhaps the two vehicles in front of me ordered a banquet or something, 'cuz it took a real long time.

I had an order for my girlfriend who is not picky at all (š¤) haha. Well even with five minutes of explaining itā¦ unfortunately it didnāt come out right (honestly itās her order is not them) and so when I got home, I got it from the hangry girlfriend šŖ ā¤ļø š. Never pleasant. Period period. So I thought it Iād say something when I went there later on the night, Without a receipt, mind you, thinking Nothing would come of itā¦ Well, folksā¦. color me tickledšš¤š©āš¤. As come to my surprise the manager remembered me and the mistake and gladly made me one right then and there.
