Spicy Chicken Sandwich and frys was so good and fresh and bun. McDonald's haven't had fresh frys like this in years
I frequently visit this jacks because it's close to my house and my girlfriend loves it but when I come in the morning/afternoon my food is always old but re warmed. I worked at fast food so i know what this looks like. My sandwiches were both burnt like they were placed on the grill a second time and my hash brown was so dry like it had been refried I was able to crumble it into dust with my fingers. My gf is pregnant so it's important that her food is up to par. I returned to have my order remade and the "general manager" argues that why didn't I say something before I left.. customer is always right just remake my food simple as that I didn't ask for anything free or a refund I just want decent food since I'm paying decent money. She continues to argue with me but then goes to remake my order. I ask another employee for the name of the lady I was just arguing with and she says it's Natalie and I asked if she was the general manager and the employee answered yes. So Natalie brings my food to check and make sure it's good which it was remade and hot and fresh not rewarmed like before then I ask her for her name just to confirm and she says Maria so I ask her why is she lying cuz I was already told her name was Natalie she then tells the worker to not give out her name and tells me I'm no longer welcome here and slams the window on my face. So apparently im no longer welcome because she got caught in a lie. She often takes and makes my orders and every time the food is bad but whenever it's someone else managing my food is top notch. This employee is a stain on this company's name and they need to reconsider her position and also retrain her in customer service and food safety. This is unacceptable. When I got home I noticed big egg shells in my pregnant girlfriends food. This is not okay for a pregnant woman to eat. Please check her qualifications as she is unfit to be any type of manager let alone a general manager.

Went to this location to get breakfast asked this lady for syrup she gave me an open syrup full of ants when I poured the syrup on my pancakes all the ants were moving on my food gave her a call if she can replace my plate she gave me an attitude saying she wasn't gonna give me another plate only if I showed her prove she was going to why would I lie of having damn ants on my food do better lady won't be returning here anymore bad customer service

Worst food I payed $8 for 4 potato wedges and i bought a burger clearly told them no onions because i am allergic and they still put onions i went back to try and ask for my money back and asked me for the receipt i showed it to them and they still didn’t wanna refund or give me new item.
