I went to this place this morning, and got the most terrible experience. There was only one stuff an Asian guy(nothing about race, just want to describe that person )in the kitchen packing food when I came in. He looked at me without a word and kept doing his work. Well, okay. I understand you are busy. Then after around 3-5mins, he came to the front to serve me. I want to order a cheese bread, he said it would thanks 15 mins, then i changed to Hawaiian pizza which supposed ready to pick up. He said something I didn’t catch. Then i said sorry? he repeated with his eyes rolled very impatiently , which is: 2 classic pizza ready. Why I care about the classic pizza while I want to order the Hawaiian style? Why you talk to customers like that? Just one advice to that guy: if you really hate the job, just find another one. Don’t show that ugly unhappy face to any other customers any more.

Just paid for the worst most inedible pizza. It was raw. Wet, soggy and raw. Messy and unevenly cut. I can't believe I just paid for two garbage pizzas. How hard is it to look at a pizza while you're making it? It wasn't even busy. I was the only other person waiting. There were no other orders in the queue. Unbelievable. Had to pop them in the air fryer. Even my kids thought it was disgusting.

This places sucks. I pulled up 35 minutes before closing and the door is locked. Employees walk past and avoid eye contact and they keep looking down. Usually when a place is closed the employees at least signal that. These employees didn't, because they knew that they should t have closed early. I'm not the only one that pulled up and tried to get in to order either. And no, they did not answer the phone.

Hot n ready is great for a quick meal. It's $6.50 now. Smells so good especially when you're hungry, but you'll feel so thirsty after. The breadsticks is 5 bucks now. It's small and bland, definitely need the dipping marinara sauce. Not worth it now, it used to be 1 buck.Obviously we're not expecting much of customer service at little caesars, but it's not great. We came in and there was a guy making pizza in the back. We could clearly see him, so he can definitely see us. We waited for a while before deciding that maybe we need to call him to come up to the counter. He came up right away- but I mean, we were trying to let him finish his thing before taking our order. Definitely ignored us on purpose.

Any place that sticks a tip option on the POS in front of me for basic service gets 2 stars. It is also a place I will stop going to, I don't trust employees to not contaminate my food if I tip $0.

I've been coming to this little Caesars for a long time but today is the last straw. This place has been going down in its service and commitment to pizza in my opinion. Today I bought my last pizza. I know the economy is bad and inflation is off the charts but if your gonna raise your prices on a pizza. At least do it some Justice by making it right. How are you going to say " extra most bestest" and have no cheese and the pizza being see through. I guess Dominoes pizza is the better choice and my go to now!!
If I could’ve give this place 0 stars I would.I don’t know if it comes from corporate or what but none of the people who work wear hair nets.My 2nd time having to find a hair in bedded into the pizza dough.But as common sense if you work in the food industry man/women wear your hair up outta the way of your face.Last time ordering from this place.

This store is in a small strip mall with a few other businesses. Parking is a little tight, but there are usually a few open spots. On this visit we got the hot and ready pizza and an order of wings. The pizza was just ok. LC has never been as good as the big chains and definitely is not as good as our favorite local pizza joints. However, we came for the convenience of getting the hot and ready pizza and leaving fast. The wings were pretty small and low quality and we probably wouldn't get them again. There is a small drink fridge in the store to get a 2 liter and limited other drinks to go as at most other pizza places (see pic). There was some light background music playing, but it was not loud inside.Most of the negative reviews for this location have to do with service rather than food quality. While the lady who helped us was nice, another reason we got the hot and ready pizza was to minimize any service issues. If you are fine with just pepperoni, then we would recommend just getting the hot and ready pizza to avoid service problems, waiting, and because their custom pizzas aren't really any better than the hot any ready one. If you really want a good quality pizza with more items or deep dish, then pay more at a big chain or local pizza joint. Overall, the 3 star Yelp average is about right because this is not a 5 star restaurant. We gave 4 because we got what we expected and the service was ok on our visit. On Yelp 2.5-3 stars means a fast food place is good. Lower than 2 means avoid them and few fast food places ever get 4-5 stars average. We would recommend coming here to get a hot and ready pizza fast with no waiting and minimal chance for service issues.
