I would go to another McDonald's if I could, but this one is close to home. There are several problems: 1. Leaking food. It happened more than once. So be sure to check if there is any leakage. 2. Curbside pickup is getting slower and slower. It took more than 30 minutes to wait last time. 3. Insufficient portion. Last time I went to Monrovia, I found that the Big Mac there was much bigger than this one.

I am never coming back here again! There was a woman manager that was very rude impatient. Just as we were leaving the drive-thru, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window at my kids. I wish I can give this place a “ 0 star ‘’.

worse mcdonalds in SGV. I'm always stuck waiting 20-30min buying food whether from the inside or from the drive-thru... even when it's not busy... They have several times failed to give me condiments that I requested. The fries are usually not salted and cold at times. Go to other Mcdonalds if the option is given to you. This place only gets good business because it's in the middle of San Gabriel and Rosemead where everybody is at.

I ordered breakfast today (1/4/25 @ 9:30am). They did not complete my order when I got home; I was missing condiments. The drive-thru employee's voice was very low and hard to understand. The people at the window were friendly and said everything was in the bag, but they lied. It was hard to check because everything was packed tightly in a small bag. My order was simple; this has happened more than once at this location. I guess I will have to go to another location, as they cannot get their drive-thru orders correct.

I try NOT to eat this kind of food, especially after the recall. Unfortunately, sometimes, as with most of us, it just happens that we do eat this kind of food. I went through the drive thru a few days ago, asked for a cheeseburger and a big Mac with a small side of fries (light salt) When I got home, fairly close and woke up my wife as o we could eat, because we work different times, the entire order was wrong ! Of all things I received a Quarter pounder (the MAIN recalled item on the menu) ? The fries were super salty ! Had to take the time to call, talk with a Sup and make arrangements to have the order replaced. She was nice but is it really worth it ? Obviously the Quarter pounder was trashed so our short time together and our meal was ruined. This is the jinx of eating bad food .....

bad service attitude. It is obviously fast food, but after ordering on the mobile App ten minutes in advance, there is another 20 minutes to wait in the store. And you have to stand for ten minutes for a refill too.

It was clean, and the staff was very freindly

Vegetarian options: I'm glad Im not a vegetarian I would have left being hungry.

Dietary restrictions: Yes but I cant comment, I don't have any.

Parking: My cashier was great he showed me how to use their app.

Kid-friendliness: I didn't have any children with me, but there were other children having a good time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are there are wide doorways and hallways and ramp accessible.
