you think I'd learned my lesson, but it's the closest to my campus. No hello, no thank you, nothing. Very slow moving line in the Drive-Thru, ALWAYS. They still get your order wrong.

10 minutes to get through the drive-thru with ONE car in front of me, and I had an app order. How the cheeseburger ended up dry and cold....?
Unprofessional and rediculous.

6 pcs nuggets waited for 20 min!!!! fast food becomes slow food. I had mobile order and pickup in-store. Customers are not many. Very disappointed with this location, they also gave the wrong meal before.

I seriously HATE this Wac Donald's. Every time I go, the order gets messed up. I ordered a kids meal with the buy one get one for 1 dollar deal. Apparently it doesn't apply to the cheese burger happy meal, but when you buy the regular burger happy meal and add cheese to it, the deal works fine. I do it on the kosak all the time. Fine. I don't expect the cashier to know all the loop holes, but even so, after I ordered my kids food, we managed to get the order in, those potatoes in the kitchen still managed to NOT add cheese to the burger. I personally don't care if it was my meal, but it's a kids meal, with the basic expectations that a kid wants a cheeseburger.

It doesn't help that this particular location actually charges more for their food than other locations. Mc Donald's, if you read this, this location seriously sucks. Like bags of eggplants sucks. I tried complaining before via a receipt survey, but I assume those go to the trash. You gotta hit them in the googles.

I love this restaurant. The staff is friendly. Satisfaction guaranteed. Driving thru or dining in is a great experience. When using the McDonald's app you can't lose. The deals on it are unbelievable sometimes. Plus you can earn points and get free drinks and food. They messed up my order a few times but made up for it by giving me something extra free every time plus they were very apologetic.

I really want to like this location, but the drive-thru orders are consistently wrong, Every.Single. Time. Today I ordered two of the spicy chicken burgers and somehow ended up with four bags of small fries instead. It's frustrating because this isn't a one time issue , it's been happening often enough to be a clear pattern with this location.

That said, I do want to give credit where it's due.When I drove back to fix the issue, the manager handled the situation really well and quickly got me the correct order with an upgrade to the fries and a pie. I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to make it right.

Still, it shouldn't take a return trip just to get what I ordered. I hope the team can work on improving accuracy at the drive-thru, it would make a big difference.

I would go to another McDonald's if I could, but this one is close to home. There are several problems: 1. Leaking food. It happened more than once. So be sure to check if there is any leakage. 2. Curbside pickup is getting slower and slower. It took more than 30 minutes to wait last time. 3. Insufficient portion. Last time I went to Monrovia, I found that the Big Mac there was much bigger than this one.

I am never coming back here again! There was a woman manager that was very rude impatient. Just as we were leaving the drive-thru, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window at my kids. I wish I can give this place a “ 0 star ‘’.
