Excellent place for a meal. Fresh and delicious. They have a fish or shrimp special until the day before Easter, March 29th. Maybe for Lent? Crispy, tasty fish. It does not taste greasy or heavy. It comes with salad with black sesame and edamame and a lovely delicious dressing. Maybe ginger/ carrot. I asked for my plate with no rice, all salad. $7 special for a limited time.

Waited over 30 minutes and kept asking for my order and they said its not ready after asking a 3rd time come to find out they never started on my order and I had to wait even longer. Didn't offer any compensation for waiting just overall bad service. They didn't even apologize for making me wait over 45 minutes. Terrible service.

Terrible unorganized they dont know how to count by numbers skipping from 1 to 10 waited 25 minutes for a simple plate by the time they called my number I was already full from everyone else getting their food. Refund went to get groceries instead never going back there.

I love the hawaian BBQ Chicken set, the chicken didnot dry but morely juicy, you can choose if you not like the vegetables, they will give you more rice like 5 scoops of rice. my moms love the chicken katsu, cos she said its so cruncy and tasty with the vegetables and rice, its only cost around $ 6/set, so worth it and yummy!
This is absolutely disgusting!!! It had a pubic hair in my child's meal!!!!! I will never be ordering from this location again!

Broke da mout' grinds but no Aloha spirit or service! I came by today as I ordered online. I saw the Online Order Here sign and so I waited. There were 2 cashiers there but no one greeted me. One even ignored me and went on her daily tasks. When she was done she came by and not even a hello... howzit... whatevah. So I gave my name and she turned around... resumed with another order... then went to take my order. She did ask if I wanted Shiracha and I said yes. She gave me my order and dis not even say mahaloz, thank you, Muchas gracias, whatevah.Too da ONO Hawaiian BBQ Mgmt., please teach your employees the Aloha spirit and the basic principles of soft skills. A simple hello and thank you makes a difference.Thank God a location in South Pasadena and Pasadena will be opening soon! This might be my last stop (and I've been here several times... like almost 20 brah!) at this location.Parking: What out for crazy drivers.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Food is always good. They give you a good amount of protein, carbs(great mac salad and rice with teriyaki sauce) and some veggies under the meat. One issue is every time I go, their credit card machine doesn't work well. The cashier has to swipe my card a bunch of times or they have to reset the credit card system before it actually works. Big issue is some of those extra swipes get through and I get charged multiple times for a $15 order. If their credit card machine isn't working well, just go somewhere else. If their credit card machine works, which should be a normal thing, you're good.
