I can always count on Starbucks. They are amazing everywhere I go every place I go. The customer service is great especially on the one on Imperial and La Mirada in La Mirada California. That’s my regular store. There are a lot of cool persons there that know my drink

The workers are amazing and I love them but the manager… she’s always kicking out middle schoolers like she’s targeting them. As a concerned customer, I want her to be more laid back on the “volume” rule. Everytime I see her, she’s always kicking someone out.

The guy with glasses don’t know his name was so rude and polite and there’s another girl that the last time she was working literally throw my drink at the mobile order pick up

This morning I got some bad attitude from Daniel. Idk if you are having a bad day sir but I did not appreciate the way you made a nasty face when I asked for water. I have been coming here for months!
Not coming back if I'm getting that customer service.

I visit this Starbucks store frequently with my kids before their dance lessons. We never had any issue before but today I was really disappointed by one of the male employees. When me and my daughter entered the store, we directly found a table and sit down. I placed an order on my phone while I was sitting. Before my order was ready for pick up, my daughter said she wanted to use the restroom. I encouraged her to ask for the restroom code by herself using polite language. The employee didn’t tell her the code and instead looked at me and said ‘did you make a purchase?’ I was shocked for a second and said yes I did. That employee’s reaction was just so discouraging and inhumane to a 7-year old girl. What if she wanted to use the restroom before I could place an order? Why don’t they just install a receipt scanner on the restroom door so only customers who have already made a purchase on that day could use their precious restroom. Bummer!

I asked if I could use the restroom politely and they told me yes.. until 1 female worker said you have to purchase something.. so I went across the street..
Made me feel like that female worker judge me on my appearance which is not cool.. p s for this I have never been denied access to the restroom at Starbucks ever.
