Me and my family always come to this store to drink coffee spend our time here cz we saw the workers here is very friendly and nice but after today for my experience 1st time wait in line to get a cup and the service.... For sure i wont come back again, also If i can leave 0 star for this location i will do it too. I rarely do reviews on social media or yelp but this time i feel the 2 workers in this store is not professional... I was wait in line for fewhrs to get the Stanley cups which was released today. I saw 5or 6of them on the shelf but later on 2 workers in there put away and left only 1 out. The guy in front of me got it already when me and other lady ask the they told us sold out... i told them i saw they put inside and u still hv it but they told us no more and be rule to us. I saw they told to the guy in my pic is their friend to wait and they sold it to him without wait in line. Hopefully the manager over can see and do something, thats not fair when we wake up early and wait in line but they dont need to... no recommend this store and wont come back here no more.

I love me some Starbucks. But I’m seriously annoyed with the lack of customer service I received today. I am hard of seeing. I went into this chain and asked a service woman if OMITTEDs order was out yet? And she said “I don’t know…” while looking at the drinks on the counter and insinuating that it was my job to look through the coffees…. Like I really do get her frustration with me but in all honesty…. Customer service just sucks now-a-days. I even said my pleases and thank yous and still felt like I was out of pocket for asking a simple question… meh. Guess I shouldn’t try to pick things up with my bad eyes. ?♀️I will always come back but I didn’t feel like Karening out IRL… so, I’ll be back but I’ll still be disappointed in the service.

Had a very pleasant stop at this Starbucks on Valentine’s Day! Super friendly employees, sweet girl at the register recommended me something I really enjoyed. Barista was also very kind. Drinks were refreshing and delicious. No drive through but plenty of parking in the shopping center.

Terrible experience. Worst Starbucks in a 30 mile radius. Employees were rude, 30 minute wait for a simple caramel ribbon crunch when there’s barely anyone in the store. Ridiculous waste of time.

Oleato Golden Foam Cold Brew: tried it for the first time. Olive flavor on the foam was very subtle, not overly sweet. It was a nice alternative to my usual black / no additives.

I come to this Starbucks after dim sum at a place nearby.It's usually busy when I come in, so I always order via the app since I prefer to grab and go.A few times before it wasn't great, when busy and you grab your drink they were too busy to get you a straw. But when they have the chance to help they're nice about it.I'm giving it five stars now because the straws are now accessible to us, no need to stand there and awkwardly make a busy barista give you a straw!My drinks were always made right too. I didn't have a bad drink since I've ordered here. They have plenty of tables and seats inside and outside. Always clean and restrooms are clean too!

Manager does not comply with rules and discouts at this starbucks. Your supposed to get 25 reward points every time you use reusable cup. Staff is not like him

Service from staff has been great, but the 2 times he says he was the manager he denied my 25 points rewards for my reusable cup. I called Starbucks corporate and complained to them. This is in the rule books. I have changed starbucks on my way to work. Now I stop at the one Live oak and Santa Anita Ave instead of las tunas and rosemead blvd. The manager will continue to give me a hard time. District manager was informed. Jackie Exposito
I had time to kill before my bus so grabbed an ice water and a dragon drink and sat on the patio reading my book while people watching. This is a great place to sit and sip or to grab and go.

Been to a lot of Starbucks, this one took my expectations and went above and beyond. Got the order of coffee right and ask if they were not sure. Great team and thank u sooo much for making my coffee. See you soon for my next cup of coffee.
