I ordered the house pan roast. The seafood in the dish had a frozen taste to it; an immediate turn-off. My friend ordered the clam chowder. It had shrimp in it which was different. She liked it. The drinks were decent. I had the Lychee martini. The oysters were delicious, especially the Kumamoto. The service from our waitress was mid. If I return, it would be for the oysters and the drinks only.

It's been a while since I ate here. The menu is completely different, and that's for the best. Nothing is too exorbitant like before and the food is 100x better than it was.

We got the happy hour oysters, which were delicious. Also ordered the cracktastic chowder frots and the cioppino. With ours beers & an old-fashion, it was a nice mid-afternoon snack.

Our server was very pleasant & all the food came out fast and hot. It was so different from previous experiences that I'm willing to go back sooner than a few years from now.

We ordered from DineLA menu. The Gumbo and Fish and chips were very good. PoorBoy sandwich was not very good. Bread was soggy and not a good choice. Bottomless Mimosa were ok. Service and staff were very good.

DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT get the fish and chips. Literally the worst I have ever had. Soggy, tasteless, and disappointing. Ruined my night.

The food was AMAZING! I loved the fries a lot. I also loved the pasta. It was sad that l didn't get extra fries or trying the chowder but overall, everything else was good.

Service is a little slow espcially during dinner hours and prices are a little higher for oysters off happy hour. Otherwise Oysters are tasty and their fish and chips and very fresh. Could use a bit more seasoning though.

It's an OYSTER BAR... but 2 of my oysters were as hard as rubber. I spit them in a napkin. Same issue with the oysters on my sons PoBoy. I did really enjoy the clam chowder.

Visiting from South Florida and stumbled on this place as a reference from the Hotel. This place is AMAZING!! The food was Fresh and Hot. The oysters were sweet and meaty. The POboy sandwich was so good. The biggest hit was the Fish and Chips!!! The manager was very hospitable and attentive Johnny

If you are ever in this area make sure you visit. The Dive Oyster Bar.

First time going and we had the best experience. The music, drinks, food, atmosphere were all perfect. It was crowded but our service was still outstanding! Our favorite part was watching the guys cook. We will definitely be going back.

We came here for the cocktails and oysters, and we left happy with just that!

The oysters were very fresh, and I loved the cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish. They had two types of fresh oysters. Kumamato with a deep-cupped, petite meats, have a mild brininess, sweet flavor, and a honeydew finish. They are my favorite West Coast oysters. I forgot the name of the second one - it's more meaty with more fishy finish.

The specialty cocktails were great! I had the Lychee Dream, Absolute Pear Vodka, Lychee, and Vanilla. Paired perfectly with oysters.

The place definitely has a dive bar feel. Dim lighting, live DJs with TVs showing a football game and lively crowd. Our server was very attentive. I'd be back for a full meal next time I am in LA. The fried oysters and mussels fries have me drooling.

Parking can be tough. It's a very busy Plaza with many restaurants and eatery.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of seating. I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp, fish and chips and chicken wings. Everything was mid at best. Frozen not fresh. The interior design is vibey, wish the food was better. Also ordered a lychee cocktail, that was bomb
