Awesome new place tucked away in the corner of the plaza! I stumbled upon it walking around (it's like two doors down from Daiso)Love the food here I don't know if it's still going on but for their Grand Opening they had a buy one get one half off offer for certain meals. I've tried a few and I really liked them. I definitely will be back and I love how friendly the people here were. They are tucked away but if you're around why not drop by and check them out!

After reading all the good reviews, I picked this place as a meetup location with my friend on a weekday. I came around 2pm, and the place was pretty empty. But after 30min, people started coming in for takeout, so I believe this is a good spotThe owner/cashier was very nice and explained in detail the different options. She mentioned about the lunch special (lunch with a free drink). Maybe I will try it next time since it is a pretty good deal!I've selected the mango yogurt as that's what most people recommend, and opted for 50% sugar. As someone who doesn't like sweets, I originally wanted to have no sugar, but cashier suggested to try with at least 50% due to the natural sourness of the yoghurt. It came out tasting very good! The place is clean, with light music playing, free WiFi, and I will return to work or just to hangout in the future.

In the very corner of the plaza, near the Daiso. Friendly lady working the front herself so with a couple orders in, there's a bit of a wait for your drink. Their yogurt drinks seem to be quite popular. Contrary to the other yogurt drinks I've had, this place's yogurt was a little more sour.

Awesome service and boba! I got the sea salt pineapple tea, which was… interesting, to say the least. I never deduct stars for my own personal taste, because the drink itself was really good. Personally, I’d just try something different next time. The woman working there was very nice and respectful, and her preschool aged daughter was near the chairs playing with her toys. The woman apologized, but there was no need. Kids need time and space to play and grow. Kudos to mom and this place. Definitely coming back.

Came here with a couple of friends! The old deal is a steal, I would come here for lunch if it's close!A couple of us ordered the purple rice yogurt drink which they all liked. A couple of us ordered the food and got the mango pomelo. The food was pretty tasty and good portions

I recently visited Zhen Tea and was impressed with their selection of yogurt drinks. The drinks were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The tea shop overall had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Zhen Tea, especially for their yogurt drinks, and I would rate my experience there 4 stars

I was in the mood for some popcorn chicken and Zhen Tea popped up. Another Yelper mentioned there was some sort of lunch meal deal, so I called to inquire about it.The lady who picked up the phone was very nice and answered all the questions I had. Their lunch deal seems to be Buy 1 Food Item, Get the 2nd Half-off, plus a FREE drink from a list of six items. I ended up getting two popcorn chickens and since the list of the six free drinks included Mango Pomelo Yogurt and White Peach Milk Tea, I opted for those. I also got a Strawberry Yogurt on the side.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks, especially with all the deals going on. My lunch was practically a (delicious) steal. The popcorn chicken was very flavorful, well-seasoned, and tender. I do think it could've been a bit crispier, but it may have been soggy from the condensation in the takeout container on my drive home.The Mango Pomelo Yogurt was really good! It was refreshing and there were little sago balls inside. It also wasn't too sweet and erred more on the side of mango, rather than yogurt.The White Peach Milk tea was also pretty good from the sip I had. It was semi-sweet, but didn't taste artificial.The Strawberry Yogurt was also delicious. It tasted like a creamy, slightly tangy, thicker version of a strawberry smoothie.Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here for a meal or a drink!

Zhen Tea recently began to serve some lunch box and appetizers! My kiddos are so happy! They tried hainan chicken and pork chop and loved it. We come here almost every week for drinks. Both yogurt or tea are refreshing and healthy. We felt very comfortable and surely have no problems after drinking. I also recommend my mommy friends to bring their kids here and they did! This is the first time I'm writing a review on Yelp and I'm glad I gave this first experience to Zhen Tea. The owners are very friendly and nice. They have good quality customer service. They are always welcoming and care about customers. They adjusted the sugar and ice level for my kids and sometimes even make a special one for them. I highly recommend this tea shop to everyone

This place is amazing! I usually get the strawberry yogurt and white peach oolong milk tea. The quality of the drinks is really good for a really affordable price. I love the environment of this store as well! There are many seating areas and a very nice painted wall. I usually come here with my friends after school to grab a drink and eat some snacks too. Their popcorn chicken is very tasty, so make sure to try it out! I will definitely come back here more often.

This review is long overdue, and let me begin by saying I hate giving bad reviews. And I am only writing this review to warn the mothers out there with kids that have allergies. Please beware of negligence and workers who just says yes to everything because there's other customers behind you. I ordered 2 drinks(both dairy free) and I also informed the person taking the order of my daughter's dairy allergies suggested they should watch out for cross contamination. We didn't drink the teas until we got home. 10 minutes after drinking the tea my daughter is red as a tomato, we ended up in the emergency room. Because she had a anaphylactic reaction, we were at Methodist Hospital for over 8 hrs. Please let this be a warning to anyone with allergies or kids with allergies, please buy food or drinks from establishments with a FSA approved cross contamination prevention in place.

Keep in mind I never said when I bought my drink, I just got around to writing my review till now, anyways, you can see how the owner treats his customers, trying to say how business' are going through economic depression. I'm sorry your shop isn't doing so great, I can tell it's not after those crappy drinks I had. I'm sure you don't know who I am but I will gladly come in and ask for you! Stay away from this boba shop at all costs!
