“Great Italian restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely, we sat outside and it was perfect to dine al fresco. The food was really delicious! The pastas were to die for! The two fish dishes we tried were perfectly cooked. The salad was delicious, the octopus and scallop dishes were amazing. Not pictured was the pana cotta that was the perfect way to end the meal. Would totally come back!“

“Impromptu stop for a late lunch and what a great surprise. Wonderful food and excellent service. Everything was good, but an extra order of meatballs and caesar salad to go followed us home.“

“5 Stars - A Must-Visit Every Time We’re in Paso!
We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Via Caravaggio 147. We tried the Margherita Pizza, which was simply delicious—the sauce was to die for! The Caprese Stack was just as mouthwatering, perfectly fresh, and flavorful. And of course, we couldn’t resist the Cannoli, which was another highlight and one more reason to come back every time we visit Paso.
We were fortunate enough to meet Kathryn, one of the owners, when we arrived. She was so warm and welcoming that by the time we left, it felt like we were leaving old friends. It was truly heartwarming to learn that both Kathryn and her husband are doctors, with Kathryn still working at the hospital on her days off. We are in awe of this amazing Doctor Duo, and Paso Robles is truly lucky to have them.
Via Caravaggio 147 is now a must-visit spot for us whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!“

“First time at the Paso East. We came in 1:45 but buffet ends at 2pm. So opted for a fresh pizza and salad bar. I was very surprised with the ? the crust was crunchy and the sauce was great (not sweet, not heavy) the salad bar was small but fresh. I would change your macaroni salad recipe (a little under cooked, seasoning, dry) I did like the no Mayo idea you could do "pasta, sun dried tomatoes chopped, fresh basil, olive or avocado oil salt and pepper to taste. Wife had the Union Jack on tap it was nice and cold n tasty. The inside is family friendly lots of room big booths games full bar outdoor patio. All in all fir not being a chain, it's a pretty great place for crunch pizza!“

“I have always loved this restaurant and consider it one of the areas best, but I have to say that their prices have reached the point that’s just too much. I know for many, it doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s what the current administration has done to our economy, but prices here have skyrocketed in the past few years, and, as good as it is, I have to say goodbye. For example, not that long ago their simple but wonderful Choriburger was, I think, $9.99 … now it’s $20.99! Even breakfasts, arguably the least expensive of meals, are no longer affordable. Very sad, but, adios.“
