Stopped by for the first time this morning and it didnt disappoint. You should know what to expect from a donut shop but I have to give it to them: They do make great donuts! They were warm, fresh, and my chocolate and maple bars had a good amount of frosting on top.

Quaint shop with daily housemade donuts, croissants, fritters, etc. Yummy freshly made quiches and a nice selection of fresh coffees. Seating on lawn at table and chairs or a few seats inside. What a local gem!

Our apple fritters were crunchy and delicious! The buttermilk bar was fluffy but dense and not too sweet. The quiche looked yummy and we will try that next.Service was friendly and efficient. We will be back!

I grew up in SLO and tried nearly every donut shop in the county. These are the absolute BEST. Go early before they sell out! My dad loves the jelly-filled and Boston cream donuts, and my mom and I love the old fashioneds (they're all amazing and fresh, though). Don't sleep on the quiches, burritos, or cookies (especially the holiday cookie platters) either! Everything is delicious and affordable :) I moved to the DC area almost two years ago and none of the shops here can compare. I dream about this place.
