My wife and I have been coming to Baba’s Kitchen every week since we discovered it. That should tell you everything you need to know. A gem, family owned, with wonderful fresh food and great vegetarian options.
I’ve been coming here for many, many years—like more than 15 years. I’m a vegetarian who loves falafel & I’ve had it from many places all over LA & NYC, and the falafel they make here is still my absolute favorite. Perfectly seasoned, moist, green, & crumbly on the inside while crispy on the outside. And the tahini sauce they drizzle on the sandwich or offer on the side is seasoned with garlic & parsley. Authentic home style food. It feels like you walk into a relative’s kitchen. Malak is an amazing host and welcomed us with a lot of warmth. They offered to refill our chai tea (which I highly recommend!) and didn’t charge us for it. We can’t wait to go back!
