I’ve been coming here for many, many years—like more than 15 years. I’m a vegetarian who loves falafel & I’ve had it from many places all over LA & NYC, and the falafel they make here is still my absolute favorite. Perfectly seasoned, moist, green, & crumbly on the inside while crispy on the outside. And the tahini sauce they drizzle on the sandwich or offer on the side is seasoned with garlic & parsley. Authentic home style food. It feels like you walk into a relative’s kitchen. Malak is an amazing host and welcomed us with a lot of warmth. They offered to refill our chai tea (which I highly recommend!) and didn’t charge us for it. We can’t wait to go back!
The food is seasoned well. We ordered the family meal come with different meats and salad. Babaganoush (eggplant dip), tabbouleh salad. Baklava too. Everything was so good. Fresh and tasty. Malak was super friendly and professional. Nice casual dining.
