Food was delivered within 30 minutes and Vinny was super friendly with hot pizza at my door.

When I called this evening, I requested the pasta "a'dente" since the last time we ordered from here it was over cooked. We thought we would give it another try. Sadly disappointed again. The young woman over the phone taking our order clearly didn't know what a'dente meant. After a few tries, she used the word "mushy", and said she would ask that it's not "mushy." Perhaps she has never heard the term a'dente, but this is an Italian eater after all. Over the years...since the late 90's, this was a good family go-to restaurant. Unfortunately their food and service has changed.

I live nearby and have gotten Ameci's multiple times. Their giant pizza is super handy for social events, their creamy dressing on the Greek salad is delicious, and I really enjoy the popcorn chicken. Best of all, they are always kind and remember your orders and what you like. We recently ordered for delivery and my husband added something last minute as the call was ending. When they arrived with the pizza, the last minute item was not included and my husband asked about it. They said they hadn't heard him ask for it, which was okay. No big deal. Much to our surprise, they came back 15 minutes later with that item! We appreciated their level of customer service.

Great food and great service. Stayed open for us close to closing time and went above and beyond for us! And the food was delicious!

Cannot rate the atmosphere as I got delivery so anyway the individual cheese pizza was OK the side salad that came with the ravioli quite good now ravioli lukewarm at best and no Parmigiano provided worst of all the complimentary garlic bread or whatever it was supposed to be was some barely cooked dough remnants that appeared tk have been gleaned from the edges of s not yet cooked pizza I understand that the economy is tough right now but your substandard uncooked scraps need to go into the trash take some pride in the food that you feed your supposedly valued customers

Pizza was good. Linguine and clams mediocre. Service was poor. I was told 20 minutes on a takeout order that took 50.

This place charged us $6.00 for vegan cheese! That is outrageous! And then the cheese that was on it was very minimal. I will not be going back.

We are having an office party. Ordered from Ameci Thousand Oaks and they completely under cooked the pizza. Was soggy and had to throw away. Called for a replacement and they refused. We are never ordering again from Ameci Thousand Oaks!!!

Had a birthday party with a bunch of kids and adults. When I called I talked to Vinny (The Man, the Myth, the Legend). He told me how many pizzas I needed and instinctively double-cut the kids pizzas. Everyone was happy with the pizzas, but behind the scenes, as the party planner, these guys saved me so much headache by making it quick and easy and even super competitively priced. 100% will be back. Are you down with A.P.P.? I am.

Haven't been here in a few years. We decided to stop in for a fresh baked pizza. We ordered a jumbo size, simple, sausage and cheese. The crust was delicious, crispy around the outside, soft but fully cooked near the center. The sauce was tasty and applied evenly over the entire pizza, there was plenty of delicious and melty cheese. The sausage was different from what I grew up with, but tasty instead of the traditional sausage clumps one would expect, the sausage is from a stick of sausage, sliced thin, and because it was cooked well, some of it had a consistency of bacon. All in all, very delicious pizza! We ate well in the dining room, and still had nearly a half pizza to take home for tomorrow.Jumbo pizza, two substantial soft drinks, tax and tip, was just over $38.00 a good price for the quality of the food we received. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the restrooms were clean and well stocked.I'd say that we will be back again, soon. Maybe next time with one of their coupons.Parking: Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, easy to enter the restaurant. Tables with chairs so one could roll up with a wheelchair.
