Something I ate didn't agree with me made my stomach upset within a half hour.

Very expensive. My order was incorrect and when I called to speak with manager I was put on hold twice. Then told to call back in 2 hours and lady hung up phone. When I called back they ignored my calls. Terrible customer service at this location and wouldn’t recommend. As a first time goer I will not be coming back.

Stopped by today at 3. The guy at the counter, Quinton I think, was really great. Super friendly and helpful. The kid doing the cooking killed it, it was so yummy and fresh.

We had the Angry Mac in medium spicy. The spiciness level was about expected (I mean that in a good way). The bowl itself eas delicious and worth every penny. We will definitely be returning. They get bonus points on atmosphere because they had a WSBK race on TV.

Place is run by kids that don't look like they want to be there, no adult supervision. The food came on a tray that looked dirty from sauce where sauce is not present on the food, napkin was dirty too. Very not appetizing. Tables were not clean. The hot chicken was HOT, so that's good. The bun could not hold the sandwich though. And on a side note, no need of seasoned fries if everything is heavily seasoned. All an all very poor. Dave's chicken for instance offers a much better experience and flavor.

Everything about this place is awesome. From all the flavors to the honey that helps cool it down. The self serve soda. Even the seating of being indoor or outdoor is always a plus.

We used to love Angry Chix. When they first opened, we were there all the time — brought our friends, raved about the food, and supported them from the start. But over the last several visits (4 or 5 times now), the service has completely dropped off, and it’s always the same issue.

We order the same bowl every time and always request no sauce. Without fail, the order comes out wrong — doesn’t matter if we order in person, online, or for pickup. Even when we call ahead and confirm with someone directly (like we did this last time), we were promised no sauce. And yet, our order showed up drowned in extra sauce.

It’s frustrating because I don’t have the time to drive back and get it remade or chase down a refund every time this happens — so I’m just out the money and the meal.

Until they get their ordering process and customer service figured out, we won’t be back. It’s really disappointing to see a place we used to love fall this far off.

I’d give this place a zero for service if it weren’t for Kat who handled a situation we had in there better than most of her coworkers, I’ve had my order messed up here numerous times and today wasn’t any different… went in asked for no pickles with mild seasoning, Jacob had mistakenly added pickles no big deal they could just remake it right? That’s what they had said they would do? but instead he flipped and took them off the sandwich and presented it as being “the remade chicken” when I passed back the food I had now received Hot chicken instead of Mild, I know this because we had ordered hot with our order as well and they looked and tasted identical.. when I went back in to ask them if they could remake it as mild, I had received attitude from Kathy, who took it upon herself to make smart comments at a paying customer who has continued to come and support this business, with many orders placed. Kathy’s terrible customer service and poor work ethic has displayed poorly on the business front and It’s a shame that she felt the need to shame a paying repeat customer.

Food is good but ice machine hasn’t been working for a month now and nothing worse than warm soda! Poor management because it’s not hard buying a new ice machine 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tried the chicken for the first time. I love spicy food. I got extra hot chicken tenders. Wow. Amazing. If you like spicy this place is awesome. Kat was the person that took my order. She was very nice and courteous. Great experience.

Always a pleasant friendly professional staff..food is always delicous and fresh and consistent..all staff are the best..very clean store and never a problem with anything.we eat here at least once a week or twice.guve those employees praise and raise they are all hardworking and we love to come in and have a great experience..
