This location officially has "no meats" sad day to see arby's go they had occupied this space for what seems like forever, Atleast to me. This place definitely looked like something from the 80's Aesthetically, but too me that was the charm of it. Every time I stepped into this place, Felt like I was back being a kid, me and my dad and brother would go out on a weekend day, that would always end with a trip to arbys to load up on roast beef sandwiches and arby sauce to take home and enjoy why we watched movies or played Mario bros... sad day.

I do like the menu at Arby's, but this particular location is definitely not something that the chain should be very proud of. It's older, and as some of the other reviewers have pointed out, is in great need of a remodeling job and it's not very well maintained. The food is basically the same as you'll get anywhere else, so I've found myself frequenting them nevertheless from time to time because Arby's does not actually have many locations in the area to choose from. On the positive side, I might point out that this location does have some tables for outdoor dining, which is a real plus.

Outside tables are not cleaned after customers. Inside lobby not attended to and cook not wearing a mask 2/18 @ 2 pm. Simi and Ventura are immaculate every time but T.O. is a mess last three times not going back. :(

Closes early. Locks the door before 9 pm. Older dude who works there is rude. Why place closing time as 9 pm and not honor it? Cool cool cool

There are few Arby's around Ventura county, and when I finally get to eat an RB sandwich my order wasn't right. Very disappointed ?

This establishment is quite devine indeed. Arby's is by far the most civilized and astounding restaurants I've ever had the privilege of dining at. I'm eternally blessed to be living in such a timeline that coexists with a restaurant as devine as Arby's. They pushed me, would NOT Recommend!!!!

Manager refuses to follow mandates and serves unmasked and unvaccinated customers. Also, it smells weird in here.

I went to Arby's and gave a regular order. While I was waiting, I looked at my receipt. My name is Meredith and the girl who took my order wrote "MEREBITCH". I did not have any negative interaction with this person. When I picked up my order, I showed the receipt to the man who had my food and said I thought it was inappropriate. The girl immediately started saying it was a mistake. Since she couldn't see the receipt there was no way for her to know what it said other than her having purposely written it. The girl was not reprimanded nor was I offered anything.

We ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches for $6 off of the value menu. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate them 3. The price is good. The sandwiches had a tasty bun, cheddar cheese slice, shredded lettuce, mayo, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 side by side white chicken battered nuggets. Everything tasted good except the embedded chicken nuggets were hard as rocks to chew. Next time for chicken sandwiches we will go to chick-fil-A where the chicken patties are plump, juicy, and tender. We do like arbys deep fried crinkle fries hot out of their fryer and their euro lamb too.

Fast friendly service, clean facilities. There's no indoor seating but there are a few limited tables outside. There is no drive-thru at this location.
