Amazing boba shop. They know me as a regular and are always very friendly. High quality teas and great food as well. Recommend the spam musubi!!

Absolutely love the Azuki Tea location. On top of all their regular boba drinks, they always added seasonal items on the menu. My two daughters are their biggest fans. They’d come almost weekly. I am on my usual diet to avoid more sugars but when I did get drink here I sure love it very much. I enjoy their dishes too. If you are into boba tea or Asian food be sure to check this place out! I have yet to make time to go to their new location in Oak Park. So this review is for this location in Thousand Oaks only.

Everytime i come to azuki boba and tea i have the best experience. From the staff to the food and tea. My personal favorite is the dreamberry cloud and the any of the matchas, very nice kids behind the regist and making my drinks. Thanks azuki best boba ever

I’ve been to the new Azuki Boba Tea on Kanan four times now, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but every single time has been extremely disappointing. The customer service consistently feels subpar — staff seem disinterested and unhelpful. On multiple visits, they were out of several items listed on the menu, and when I did manage to order something, it rarely looked or tasted like the photos advertised.
To make things worse, I’ve had issues with pricing mistakes more than once, and the checkout process feels awkward because of how pressured you are to leave a tip — even though the service and food don’t come close to earning it. For what you pay, the quality just isn’t there.
After giving them several chances, I can confidently say I won’t be coming back. Mentally I want this place to be so great, but it’s just not. I have a much better experience at A Tea Thing in Westlake. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and make improvements, because right now it’s just not worth it.

This was my first Boba Experience. I was excited. Turns out they filled the cup with SO MUCH ICE that after just a couple of swallows, I was left with a full cup of ice. Not happy about that and would not go back.

Love their drinks, my favorite was the thai tea boba. Their drinks are not crazy sweet like other boba shops, so I recommend going with 100% sweetener.

Azuki Tea provided drinks for my wedding and I can not recommend them enough! Our guests went crazy for the drinks and told me how great they tasted! They were so kind and friendly to work with, providing an easy delivery for our special day!
