I've been a customer of this little gem in Westlake for a little while now but a recent experience I had has unfortunately brought me to leave such a disappointing review. So, I walk into Azuki, looking forward to my usual boba, and suddenly there's this commotion in the back kitchen - raised voices, a bit of yelling, and things getting tossed around.I'm just standing there, waiting for my drink, and I'm thinking, "Is this the usual scene behind the counter?" It's not what I expected from my favorite boba spot.Seeing the boss getting worked up, I decide to bail. No need to stick around for a boba with a side of workplace tension. Azuki, maybe tone down the drama if you want to keep things chill for your customers. I've worked in customer service for years and can't imagine that I'd ever experience this as a customer. I hope the staff is generally treated better than this but felt the experience necessary to share. I've had wonderful experiences with all the staff at Azuki, but this experience wasn't similar. Happy holidays to the Azuki staff.

Found this amazing Boba spot in Thousand Oaks! I had an intense craving for some jasmine milk tea, with boba of course. So I googled the nearest spot from where I was on the 101 back from Calabasas. Had no idea this existed but I'm so glad I found you! Found my new boba stop on my commute home. So many unique & delish flavors that the owner encourages her employees to come up with to feature each month. What a great way to get employees engaged! Cute little spot.

I like the quality of this beverage. I was impressed despite how it looked. I was concerned this dirty chai tea would be too sweet because of the brown sugar drizzle. The quality of the cup and lid is excellent. I wash it and can reuse it.

What. The. Heck is this? Make sure you ask what's in these 'cuz the Taro Twist Smoothie doesn't taste like Taro at all. The others were ok. This one was horrible.

Delicious. Clean. Great music. Friendly staff. Whether you Boba or Not, Azuki has some wonderfully tasty options in tea, smoothie or morsel form. Located in a Trader Joe's-anchored strip mall, Azuki is a cozy space with outdoor, indoor and bar seating for a quick, healthy option to go or stay awhile. Cannot go wrong with a straight up smoothie, milk tea, matcha, latte, all with cool, stylish cups. Simple and straightforward, Azuki is simply, a "Sip of Joy."

Sweet little boba break! I came here for a midday refreshing fix for my lunch hour on a Friday around 1pm. Azuki Tea shares parking space with other businesses in the same shopping center but finding a spot was very easy. Before walking-in I checked out their menu posted outside since I was a 1st time customer. Once I saw that they had a lot of tasty options I walked inside and was immediately greeted by the friendly man in the front taking orders. Putting in my order and paying took basically 0 time and my Taro smoothie was out very fast. The inside was pretty small with a few small tables, I liked the wall art and decorations set up. I decided to take my drink to-go. I got inside my car and tried the smoothie after i mixed it all together.. it tasted very amazing!!I loved the creamy texture, subtly sweet Taro flavor and not so Subtle hints of caramel syrup. Overall the smoothie I think was a great value for $7.50 after adding boba/tax. It was a good size as I took occasional sips and lasted me nearly 2 hours!!I loved my experience! The smoothie was yummy, good price, and the workers were extremely friendly. I'll for sure be returning more more treats in the

Super cute place, and the flavors of the teas are good and not overly sweet. But they are pricey, $8 for a pretty standard size, and I do have to take off two stars for forgetting the boba

Must try the popcorn chicken! We also tried the house milk tea, lychee on lychee and passionfruit tea. Everything was good!

Asian person here. Taiwanese popcorn chicken here hits the spot! It's non-basil variant. No need to look for taiwanese popcorn chicken elsewhere in Conejo Valley. Wish they had dipping sauce though.Milk tea tastes like a powdered variety. Advantage is that it's more consistent. Disadvantage is that the tea flavor is less flavorful and somewhat chalky. Their "dirty milk tea" is a saving grace because I'm a s***** for brown sugar in my milk teas.Takoyaki is pretty good but it'll never beat the best ones in LA.I've never been a fan of Korean cheese corn dog, here or anywhere else.

Recommended dishes: Takoyaki, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken
