Bad Ass Street Tacos

Worst service when it comes to catering.

My manager suggest to order here for our Christmas lunch.

I called in for a quote, manager Julissa provided me with quote for just a taco bar. Later in the day i called back because I wanted to move forward with the order but also because my manager said to ask what other sides they offer to add on. Julissa said she will text me everything by the end of the day. Since i never heard back from her at the end of the night, I decided to reach out the next day and the next and the next & NOTHING. Everytime i called they will tell she will come in later, or she was not available or was super busy or she was on lunch and will get back to me in 30 minutes. Never ever heard back from her till this day 12/17. If they didn't want to do any catering you could've simply said NO. Looks like they didn't care on losing $500-700 for catering.

The amount of times they mess up my order is insane. I ask for no onion and no beans and they got about a 50% hit rate of getting it correct. Today the female manager checked me out. Had to repeat every part of my order 3x and they still messed it up. Gets old quick when you paying $16 for a burrito.

$17 for a burrito, kind of expensive, doesn't come with chips or drink. Not going back here again

This place is amazing. Been eating here for years and years, ever since they were a little pop up before they had an actual store front. Everything on the menu is to die for. But my favorite is the poc-chuc burrito. Be sure to get some extra avacado salsa on the side. I don't live in Thousand Oaks anymore, but every time I'm passing through I make sure to stop by to get my fix. Highly recommend!

This is the biggest ripoff in Southern California. A burrito and chips for $27 ???
Omg, I wanted to cancel and leave but decided to just see what happened.
Chips and salsa: $6.99 !!! They give it out for free at every other place when you are waiting for your food.
I’ll never ever ever go back here because it’s just too expensive for minimal food. If 2 people are “street food” it would have been over $50!
You can go down the street to Mastros Steakhouse for that price or less.
I don’t recommend this place at all and doubt it will be around for long at these prices.

Had their steak burrito. Great flavoring if the meat and additional items. Just wish they did not stuff it so much with rice and beans. Well, I forgot to ask. Inside seating is tight, but had plenty of outdoor patio seating. Had issues with payment that day and only took cash.

In total we had 9 tacos 1 burrito nachos 1 fountain drink 1 agua fresca and a jarritos paid 75$ not worth it the meat was not what I expected for that price and to top it off they were skimpy with the meat would never go back there again. This is more like a Caucasian type place to eat at. Meat had no seasoning bland and we had asked for sour cream on the side ended up putting it on the nachos.

Service was pretty quick and the food was reasonably good. I would describe it as generic good quality Mexican food. I'm spoiled by the restaurants that I like better but it served the purpose.

If I could give more than five stars for the service, I would! I can’t eat onions and ordered an el pastor taco without realizing there are onions in it. The wonderful staff replaced the taco with a different kind that didn’t have onions. They are SO nice there!!!

My boys and I love this place. Nice to sit outside. We’ve been coming here since they opened. There is ceviche, fish tacos, short rib tacos, tongue tacos, potato tacos 🌮 & birria.
Agua Fresca, and many other delicious menu items.
