It was my first time at this Baskin Robbin’s and it was by far the cleanest one I’ve been to. The staff was very welcoming. The quality and turnaround on the Father’s Day cake was great. I would recommend visiting this summer!

This ice cream shop is an absolute gem! We visited on impulse and the huge variety of flavours were incredible. They also had made to order cakes which looked beautiful and tasted delicious!

The exceptional service truly stands out - they were all warm and welcoming. Under the new management the branch has reached a new level and it shows in every detail from the quality of the ice cream and the spotless and clean environment.

If you are looking for a go to spot for amazing ice cream in a wonderful environment this is the place to go.

Visited recently and the service we received was absolutely fantastic. All staff were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us and even allowed us taste a few different flavours to help us decide which we wanted from the wide range of flavours available. It’s clear that this store is under new management. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This Baskin-Robbins location is great. It is very clean and super welcoming. They offer large selection of ice cream flavors, ice cream cakes, ice cream bars, popsicles, milkshakes - you name it.

I had a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of cherries jubilee ice cream. Both were very tasty, smooth and flavorful. The waffle cone deserves an extra star - crispy and not too sweet.

I will definitely be back for more!

Came by because of an ad I saw on Insta and we were greeted by Destiny and Natalie who were incredibly kind. The one thing I always notice when I walk in a place is how clean or dirty it is and this place passed with flying colors! 10/10 will be returning here despite having a closer location. Keep it up.

I was thrilled to learn that this location is under new ownership, with a lovely family at the helm. They're not only super friendly and passionate about their brand, but they're also experts in crafting unique flavors!

What truly impressed me was their willingness to create custom flavors upon request for a smoothie! I'm hooked and will definitely be a regular at this Baskin-Robbins. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was great except for one thing… THE HEAT. It was swelteringly hot inside when it was cold outside! Never been somewhere that has been so hot. It was like 20 degrees hotter inside than outside. Fortunately the ice cream was cold. The employee (bless his heart) was incredibly nice and helpful. When we asked about the heat he said “we’re not allowed to turn on the a/c”. It’s seriously not okay to have any employee work in that type of condition and it makes it un enjoyable for the customer.

Basically, daughter's 15th Bday. She wanted a Baskin Robbins cake. We have been coming here for years for cakes, ice cream and polar pizzas (my favorite)...Never an issue. The atmosphere was hot and sweaty as they do not seem to know how to use the AC. So we got the cake same evening as the party and placed the cake in the freezer. Once ready to serve (Same night), we defrosted for 20-30 mins as instructed. No one could eat the cake. The icing literally tasted like a band aid. Yes, I have tasted band aids on my fingers in the past....haven't you? :) We had no idea what could have done this. We retained the (about) half of the cake that was not cut and distributed, as the cut pieces were tossed by each person due to the taste of the icing. Called the owner 5 days later....life got in the way for more immediate call. The owner stated that we should have come in the same day. The birthday party was in the evening and the owner was already leaving when we picked up the cake. We told her that we still had the cake if she wanted to taste the icing :), She stated that although we told her how we handled the cake that she could not verify that we were telling the truth. She didn't say it exactly that way, but that's what it 'boiled down to.' She would not refund, which was fine. We really figured that it was an isolated incident and just wanted the $54 credit to buy a couple of...you guessed it, Polar Pizzas! She instead offered a 20% off coupon.
The cake compromised my daughter's BDAY, but moreover, this small business owner needs to realize that a refund or a full value coupon was a way to keep business. We are not going to claim the offered coupon...it's an insult. We are not going to return, not because of the bad cake, but because of the poor customer service that resulted when we called with a legitimate complaint. We told a friend who was having a kid's Bday 4 days later who also frequents this location and her daughter also wanted a BR cake and she went to a different Baskin Robbins as a result. Business owner.....please think about this...a full refund or coupon would have kept our business, our friend's business and a review would never have been posted. And by the way....I never give negative reviews, ever. But it was the implication that we were lying about how the cake was handled or stored that got to me.
