Everything was great except for one thing… THE HEAT. It was swelteringly hot inside when it was cold outside! Never been somewhere that has been so hot. It was like 20 degrees hotter inside than outside. Fortunately the ice cream was cold. The employee (bless his heart) was incredibly nice and helpful. When we asked about the heat he said “we’re not allowed to turn on the a/c”. It’s seriously not okay to have any employee work in that type of condition and it makes it...
Please put your a/c on. We went in for ice cream on a hot day and it was uncomfortably hot in the shop. We asked for ac and the girl said "I can't". Come on Owner. At least set it on 72.
I was so excited to hear that this Baskin Robbins was reopening, so I took my kids to the grand reopening and it was everything I wanted. First off, they had $.31 ice cream scoops and special activities like a DJ and prize wheel. Those were fun, but the main star was still the ice cream. There are many ice cream shops out there, but Baskin-Robbins has mastered the art of combining flavors. It's like you can taste one of the flavors and automatically know where it comes from....
