We came in on a cold night at the last hour for some ice cream. We didn't expect to get such a warm welcome. The staff was super nice and friendly. This is what buying ice cream should feel like.

I went in today and ordered two shakes. The first shake made was like water the consistency. The employee added more to the shake by dumping it in the blender and ice cream. Still wasn’t quite right. I ended up throwing away when I got home. Second shake was blended well, but it just seemed like some inexperience by employee. However, I will say very nice and wanted to do a good job.

Not sure if they have new owners or what happened BUT the regular ice cream scoops are looking like junior scoops, i went a few weeks ago and figured ok the person is new and don't know BUT then went today and the scoops are even smaller, a lady in front of me actually got mad when she was given her baby scoops and said i asked for a regular scoop. The Kid looked at her and didn't say anything and gave her her total. Hopefully they haven't been told to give everyone junior scoops. Looks like we won't be going there anymore. so sad!!

I paid for and ordered online: a two scoop sundae and a single scoop in a cup. The single scoop had more ice cream than the 2 scoop sundae. My significant other called me and said they didn’t have one of the flavors I ordered (this is either a website issue because it allowed me to select it for the store or they were too lazy to get out a new tub of ice cream which always seems to happen). Since I wasn’t the one to pick up the order, it was not realized until at home that the Sundae didn’t have whipped cream on it. $15 for two scoops of ice cream total and a whisper of hot fudge and 4 chopped nut pieces with a dash of sprinkles. Not ordering baskin robbins anymore. It’s cheaper to just by the ice cream and all the supplies at the store and do it myself.

Used to be good. They keep the ice cream too warm. It is barely clod enough to be scoopable Second time in a row I could not finish it because it was so gross.

I tried to give this establishment a few tries. You can never go wrong with BR ice cream. Employees that are here are hit or miss. Last night was the final straw for me. Read below for situation.BR closes at 10:00 on a Friday night, went to get my car wash and grab some ice cream. Walked in at 9:48/9:49 but they had things covering the ice cream. I asked if they were already closed and they said "no, you can still get ice cream". There were 3 employees there, 2 of which were not wearing gloves, the other having cash out on the counter. I waited for about 5 minutes with no help, literally just standing there. At 9:56, one of the employees told me that they were already closed and that in the future... I cut him off and had to tell him I asked if they were closed before I waited and that I've been waiting for one of them to help me. The other employee told me "well that was a few minutes ago and we're closed now", which I then tried to explain one of them could've helped me get the ice cream and not have to wait. They tried to back out of their previous statement and that I could order, but that they were already closed due to their computer system clock. I decided not to order anything, and go to another ice cream shop in TO.I feel that this establishment has incompetent employees as to what to do with regards to customer satisfaction. This is the worst experience out of the half dozen times I've been there. Not very many times to go here and to continuously have problems with their employees.
