Baskin-Robbins

I can't really give a review of this Baskin Robbins, because even though it says on their website that all stores are open til 10pm, this particular Baskin Robbins apparently is extra special and allows their employees to close over 30 minutes early!!! I'm super disappointed, because I checked online to make sure they would be open til 10. Then I show up at 9:28pm and all the lights are off, no people inside and doors are locked. While sitting here in front of the store writing this review three other cars have pulled into the parking lot, realized they were closed and left. I wonder how often this store closes early and how much business they miss out on by doing so. Maybe Management will see this review and fix this unfortunate situation. Although I most likely won't try coming back to this one. I'll give my business to the other Baskin Robbins in the area.

No precived value, 1 scoop and 2 small scoop sundae $15.00. On top of that no fudge was put on the sundae and had to argue with the young lady. She should of said let me fix that for you and I wouldn't have to take the time to write out this complaint.

Place looks like a dump and Rudest costumer service I’ve ever received!!!! I tried to get into contact with the managers and owner about it but the employees keep saying they are never there. I documented my experience here. This girl with short blonde hair keeped murmuring under breath, slamming things, charged for 2 scoops instead of one. Didn’t give any spoons when asked. Didn’t give any cones because she said “I asked too late.” Charged me double. Gave me 2 butter pecans instead of one and a cookie dough. So wrong flavors. Yelled at me when I left saying “it doesn’t make any sense to come in just before closing” in a very passive aggressive tone and slammed the door before locking it. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Super unhygienic because she put the cones on the counter and I will never eat here again. 0/5 stars if I could.

Overpriced ice cream with unpleasant employees and 90 degree store. Seriously, when I went in there I walked from 65 degrees outside to 90 degrees inside. Maybe the owner is too cheap to turn on the a/c for the customers. No wonder why the employees are cranky. And I can get better ice cream elsewhere for cheaper. Eight plus bucks for two scoops???? I can get a half gallon for that price. This store... Very bad.

Celeste made me the best chocolate shake! It was quick and delicious, thank you for your time and great service!

The level of customer service I received from this location was beyond superb! The team did an exceptional job communicating and taking care of by needs. Furthermore, the cake was a huge hit and everyone loved it! Special shout out to Sean and Celeste (apologies, if I spelled your names wrong). These two individuals were super welcoming and kind upon my arrival. I would highly recommend this location for your ice cream cake needs. Thank you all so much for providing a truly phenomenal experience! ❤️🙏🧁

Beautiful and delicious cake, ready on time. Got the larger one, which easily served nine 13-year-olds and four adults with a few slices left over. In the picture , the candles and the little plastic “happy birthday” message on the side of the cake were provided by me.

This review is not necessarily for this store in particular (it's just the closest one to my house, the service is always great) - it is more for the corporate brand as a whole "Baskin Robins"

The last two visits we've had have been extremely disappointing in terms of where the brand is headed: PLASTIC

With everything going on today, this company is seemingly making the switch to "everything is now plastic", it is disgusting and I don't understand it. The spoons are made so poorly there are literal shavings of plastic peeling off and mixing in with the icecream that we all are eating. It is shocking!

And now today I discover that the paper cups have been replaced with PLASTIC!!!! Not to mention, my plastic cup was cracked and leaked all over me, which has never happened with the paper cups!

This is the most appalling progression I've witnessed a company take and I will not be able to support them any longer.

I stopped in with my grandson not too long ago and all the front lights were off I thought they were closed there was napkin trash by the register when you walk in this place used to be so welcoming and pretty now it’s just accumulating dirt & dust not to mention the AC is never on they said the lights are off to prevent more heat ? Never coming back

Never order a birthday cake here! I pre-ordered a Peppa Pig birthday cake (3 weeks in advance), and 20 minutes before my daughter's birthday party, upon pick-up, they told me they didn't have it (the Peppa figurines never arrived). So frustrating! And as a replacement, they did a horrible job writing the letters. The owner was unapologetic. what a terrible experience!

One of the rare places to get frozen chocolate bananas. Not all locations have them. This one on t.o. Blvd usually does. Love them.

Not sure why owner wants to save on electricity, and sacrifice the quality of Ice Cream. The AC is not working at the store and it’s 105 degrees outside.

Been coming in for years, but we won’t be back after today. The employee today (Sean/Shaun) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Something was made wrong and we asked for a new one, but were refused flat out. It had not been consumed. He would not give a refund either. I have never seen someone get off on that small of an amount of power. Pretty sad. Stay away from this location.

Excellent service from Samantha. She was polite and fast paced. The store however, was way to hot to eat comfortably. I don’t get how she can work in that environment. My ice cream was melting way to fast and I was almost sweating.
