Last night my husband and I had a delicious spaghetti and meatball dinner at Buca di Beppo in Thousand Oaks. It has become one of our favorite restaurants for many years now as it never disappoints. The staff there is very friendly, and they do everything they can to see that your dining experience is a memorable one. Our server, Juan, remembered us from our last visit and shared with us how much he loves his job. It was obvious as he was happy t
o fulfill all requests that we had by doing everything with a smile. If you've never been to Buca, we highly encourage you to try it and to join their E-Club. They generously send coupons, and delicious desserts are complimentary on your birthdays and anniversaries.
Huge family size portions 😍 Have a family of 4 to feed? This is the place to go.
The food was amazing with great services and the environment is warm welcoming. Juan was very patient and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you

Juan was amazing
The food was good and Juan our server was great at attending us. The place is nice and has many decorations that brings the restaurants vibe. Will come again!
Great as always Juan was great so was the food
We enjoyed the reservation we made for my family on Mothers Day. It wasn't noticeably busy when we walked in and were seated promptly. The front was rude to her staff & kept eating in front of guests and speaking with a full mouth. Half of our party was a tiny bit late and the front dismissed them and said “straight back” (this was our first time to this location). They switched our server twice. The second server was short and mixed a few drinks and forgot one of the children's drinks. The food was very soggy. I understand it's a holiday but there was an option for reservation so they were aware it may be busy. We were given a menu for dessert and everything but two things were crossed out with red marker freshly done as it was not dry. We denied dessert 3 times then were given a “complimentary chocolate cake” when the bill came, the chocolate cake was present on the bill. When we asked the server he said it wasn't and we had to persuade him to take a look. We paid close to $300 for soggy lasagna & a curt bothered server. I doubt we'll be back to this location.
The calamari was greasy tough and overpriced. The chicken pasta was really tasteless and tepid. The service was mediocre at best and the prices were very expensive. Buca is not what it used to be. Don't bother.
The night before our reservation we met Nelam who was kind and gave us a tour of the restaurant. I had eaten there a few times in the past, but always just sat at a table thus I didn't realize that they had different themed tables to eat at and even have a banquet room for large reservations. They all look great and fun, but we chose the kitchen which was fantastic! We met Anthony Rodriguez who was very helpful and then we enjoyed our meal last night, which was amazing: Food, drinks, & atmosphere. I highly recommend Buca di Beppo!

Service was very poor, took food to go as a result. Extremely loud tables in close proximity.
It was buccalicious and beptastic, you get a lot of food for your money. Highly recommend!
Several visits and we have not been disappointed, great service and food. Prosciutto Chicken is awesome, this time we had Apple Gorgonzola Salad as well as Penne Alla Vodka. Delicious.
Juan is a good server and I’d come back with my family he’s a good person highly recommended bucas
