I love Carl's Jr. But, it's rare I run into an employee that can match my energy, and rarer to see them manage the whole dining area and registers by themselves. Today, that person was Abigail. She was happy and friendly and efficient. She also got us to try the new frozen lemonade- which were 👍. Thank you, Abigail, for a good lunch experience.

Ordered food ahead of time down the street from an event I was working at. The drive-thru was dead stopped, so I tried to go inside and get my food. It was locked. At 6:00pm. Kid told me to go through the drive-thru. Didn’t have any food at home from power outages repeatedly spoiling my food, and then this happens. My event was about to start, so I couldn’t risk getting trapped in the drive-thru and missing it. Won’t be back.
