I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr. today, thanks to Maria. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. I mentioned it was my first time using the Carl’s Jr. app, and she took the time to walk me through it and make sure I got the best deal. Because of her, I ended up getting a drink and a free Bacon Western Cheeseburger through the app. The burger was excellent, hot, fresh, and loaded just right.
On top of that, Maria surprised me with a coupon for a free small fry on my next visit with any burger purchase. That level of customer service made my day and definitely earned my repeat business. It is rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Maria absolutely does.
Huge shoutout to Maria for going above and beyond. Carl’s Jr. needs more employees like her. I will be back.

This is the best Carls Jr. I have ever been to. The food is always as fresh as possible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience since Mary has been the GM here. She runs the best fast-food restaurant in Newbury Park. China, Graciella, and Topanga are also wonderful managers. Seriously, you won't be disappointed with your visit to NP's Carl's Jr. Best in the area.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after being helped by Will at the Carl’s Jr in Newbury Park I felt like I absolutely had to From the moment I walked in Will set the tone with his warm greeting and genuine kindness He didn’t just take my order he made sure every detail was right asked if I needed anything else and checked back to make sure everything came out the way I wanted The level of attention he gave felt more like a fine dining restaurant than fast food and it honestly surprised me in the best way His energy made the whole place feel brighter, and it was clear he takes a lot of pride in his work what stood out most though was William’s professionalism and consistency He worked quickly but never rushed treated every customer around me with the same respect and still managed to keep a positive attitude even though the place was busy That kind of dedication is rare and it shows how much he cares about people not just the job In a world where great customer service can be hard to find Will goes above and beyond Carl’s Jr is lucky to have him and I know I’ll be coming back to this location specifically because of the way he makes the experience so enjoyable If I could give more than five stars I would

I semi-frequent this Carl's Jr., and I haven't had a bad experience here yet. I usually order the El Diablo (which is not listed in the recommendations menu, but is my favorite order), and I have always been satisfied with my order. It's a fast food restaurant, so I can't say that the food or atmosphere are perfect (that's just how fast food goes), but the service here is fantastic! Every time I've gone, the staff have been friendly and accomodating, and they have made each visit better.
