Been going to this Carl's Jr. (411 Reino) since it opened, and have usually had good experiences, but I don't think it's ever been better than now (Spring 2025).
Been loving the quality of the food I've been getting here lately. Getting those guacamole bacons, that red hook fish sandwich, everything was always well-made and delicious. Every employee I've interacted with here, at the drive-thru or at the counter, has been super friendly and patient with me, even when I fumble around trying to use the app. They never leave anything out of my order, or skimp on anything. Plus, the dining area is always nice and clean.
Y'all are doing a great job, keep it up!

I was having a bad. I was hangry, so I decided to go to Carl’s Jr. Topanga was the most helpful person I’ve ever met at a restaurant. She offered me complementary napkins and sauce during my meal, which was excellent by the way make sure that I was completely satisfied before I left. Amazing. Give her a raise and her own restaurant.
Best customer service in town. PEDRO was kind polite and friendly during my stay. My order was made fresh and easy to order at drive through. Environment and atmosphere is the best to join dinner here. Definitely will be back soon ,
