Delicious food, great variety, and friendly service.

Wow wow wow! So excited to have this place in our backyard. We got the mango snow ice with mango sherbet. It’s very fine flavored shaved ice. It’s everything you want snow to be when you eat it! There was rose jelly at the bottom which was a fun surprise. I’m still buzzing from how good that was. Customer service was great. They’re very friendly and helpful. This place is in our permanent rotation

The strawberry snow ice cream and mongo snow ice cream is so delicious! I am first time eat ice cream like this ! We will be come back soon and I will take my friends come with me !

Love it here!! The workers are so sweet. A very nice girl helped us out. She was super patient and explained all the flavors to us and what the shaved ice was. The serving sizes are huge for a super good price. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Great spot that offers a bunch of ice creams and shaved iced. I ordered the mango shaved ice & couldn't recommend it enough. Definitely will come back & hope to see them in business for a long time.

I'm so excited this place opened up! We used to drive all the way to the valley for some bingsu / bingsoo. I love that this is in our neighborhood now!
My mister got the mango snow ice, while I got the strawberry snow ice! The snow is a sweet, milky subtle strawberry flavor, very fluffy and instantly melts in your mouth. The top it with a scoop of strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a strawberry sauce. The bottom of the cup has some more strawberry sauce with what I'm assuming is a little bit of jelly. The mango snow had a stronger flavor, and we both preferred the mango just a little bit more. But both were delicious!
The large size is very generous as well. The service was very quick, and the two women working were so sweet and kind.
My mister kept going on about how if his cup was on a hook and he was a fish, he'd be caught in an instant!

Beautiful place and people I came here with a friend we played ping pong and I got the strawberry snow very phenomenal. I got a family feeling in here, and I want to cry it was so cute.

Amazing. My son and his girlfriend were raving about this business. I finally went and oh my gosh now I understand why they have fallen in love with this place. The ice cream was amazing and the people were so sweet and wonderful. I went back a day later.. It’s a must go you won’t be disappointed.

DELICIOUS snow ice cream! First time trying it and fell in love. Great customer service, the woman who helped us out was super friendly and the ice cream was prepared quickly as well. They even have a ping pong table inside to play. Decorations they have inside were super cute and they also have really cute cat couches you can sit on while enjoying your ice cream! Bathrooms were clean. Overall 10/10 experience would DEFINITELY come back again. We got the Strawberry snow ice and Green Tea snow ice.

Charming Ice Bar is a hidden gem in TO. The owners are amazing, kind and incredibly helpful. The ice cream options are super high quality and unique. And the snowflake ice cream combinations are incredible. If you haven’t tried snow ice cream yet - you’re missing out!

The atmosphere is cute and well curated with a lot of areas to sit and even play a couple of rounds of ping pong while you wait.

It’s well worth the stop if you want a summer (or winter) treat. We are coming back soon…and so should you!

I'm so glad I discovered this hidden gem in my neighborhood. All staff are super kind and Strawberry Snowflake is my best. My family's visit again soon:)
