Edwin was awesome — fast, friendly, and efficient work making a delicious burrito. This Chipotle is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. The whole team is doing an amazing job. I’m very happy to have eaten here.

The food was alright my friend got a burrito and was insanely small, they have paper straws now and wooden forks and the workers looked really depressed and to my were insanely rude

Terrible customer service actually, esp from the cashier, went there tonight excited for a burrito, left disappointed… at least I got some kind of burrito. Didn’t receive some of the items I wanted on the burrito, didn’t receive the correct portion of protein because I asked for it on the side, the girl preparing it put a correct portion in a container and the rude cashier came over and told her to put it in a smaller container (less protein). So now I see why people are filming at the store. This experience just made me lose interest in Chipotle altogether…

Management here is a joke. Wanted a burrito bowl with barbacoa. Out of it in the line but have a full supply of it at the online counter. Can’t I have some of that? No it’s for online orders only. Left a bowl that they had to throw out and I’ll never be back. Instead of just giving me barbacoa when I was there, hungry and wanting to buy it they’d rather lose the business to save it for an online order in the future. Horrible experience never going back to this location.

Eat there 1-2 times a day. If I have a choice, this is the only chipotle location I go to. Employees are awesome.

Filthy!!!! 630 pm and the entire place was dirty tables food on the floors and over flowing trash cans. Disgusting. Shame on you employees and management. So so dirty. I’ve been to dozens of Chipotle restaurants all over and this was the worst.

My son ate lunch here yesterday and three hours later became violently ill with stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. He is still bedridden and sick as it gets. He is normally extremely healthy and this was clearly caused by the food. Obviously there is an issue here. He eats at various Chipotle restaurants multiple times per week but would recommend staying away from this one.

Whoever was working tonight at 4:45 PM, count your days. I have never had the absolute displeasure of receiving a SMALLER burrito from a Chipotle. And with everything going on in the economy, that’s really saying something. I know working at Chipotle, especially a mall-adjacent location, must suck, but you don’t have to take it out on me. Whoever made this burrito, a thousand curses on you, your offspring, your mama, your mama’s mama. This is some snake behavior fr. Be a real one, make bro’s burritos bigger. Nobody likes a stingy ho. Actually very good. This is a good chipotle as far as they go. Unfortunately they have a large community of annoying idiots that go here but it's not their fault

This consistently one of the best chipotles I’ve ever visited and im here frequently. I dont want to blow up the spot because it’s so much better than the westlake one and i dont want to wait in lines here, but they deserve the recognition. -

Amazing service. I came around 11-12 in the morning, and it was great. The guy who greeted me sounded like such an amazing person. He always wants the best for you and your meal. Always makes the best comments and suggestions. Totally suggest.

Came in and was welcomed by a gentleman named Brendan, he welcomes everyone with a smile. Normally I sit outside but it was raining and I’m glad it was. Brendan made the atmosphere joyful and pleasant; that alone made the food taste much better! Thank you Brendan for my greatest Chipotle experience!

The young white guy who was working there was so impolite and rude. He threw the food on the counter in front of me and started scattering trash in my food while I was eating. I had d to leave my food middle of dinner. It was So disgusting and abnormal.
