Worst place ever the staff talks bad about you in Spanish because there employees got the order wrong the manager no different talking bad and kept staring rudely

service was severely mediocre, the white girl who seemed in charge but doing a terrible job at it was all rude. Gave me dirty looks and under served my food plus overcharged my order. Shame.

You will inconvenience them by walking in. Not greet you not talk to you be rude if you question anything or speak out about how they are treating people. Empty restaurant and rude employees. Food was awful the whole restaurant should be shut down for how unclean it is. Management doesn’t care

The line server had an attitude for no reason and skimped me out of portions in my burrito. Horrible customer service & bad wrapping on my burrito. The end was hanging out when I opened it at home. For the portion part I’m sure they get trained to do that but the attitude leave at home, you’re at work. Prices have gone up for small portions.

Ordered a bowl through doordash with double chicken, bowl was HALF full not even a full scoop of chicken and on top of it there was a HAIR inside my chicken I will not be coming back to this location. Called to see what they can do and they said they won’t do anything about it absolutely pathetic do not go here under any circumstances

Went to this location after a HORRIBLE experience at the Chipotle at the Newbury Park location and this was a complete 360 from that. The young Man behind the counter gave Great customer service and the cashier was just as friendly and courteous. I will be coming to this location even though it's a little further from home but worth it. I will NEVER go to the Newbury Park location again.

Ordered online and THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME!! I paid $18 for a half gone bowl! I wasnin such a hurry I did not open it until I got back to work!! I could not eat it as it looked like someone else was eating out of it. Never returning to this location agian

They always give you perfect portions here! We drive farther to go to this specific chipotle. One time they charged us for double meat when we didn’t get it, but if you pay attention to your receipt, this is a great chipotle to go to.

Edwin was awesome — fast, friendly, and efficient work making a delicious burrito. This Chipotle is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. The whole team is doing an amazing job. I’m very happy to have eaten here.

The food was alright my friend got a burrito and was insanely small, they have paper straws now and wooden forks and the workers looked really depressed and to my were insanely rude
