In my opinion if I’m paying 10 for two tacos I think they should be with a decent amount of topping, I felt the need to put this because I got other stuff and barely

This is what the meat looks like and chipotle won’t give me a refund. This was literally taken minutes after being served and it looks that disgusting. Also, no soap in either of the bathroom so I don’t know how the employees are washing their hands. Hand sanitizer doesn’t kill actual gross stuff like poop germs. This place is gross and I want a refund. Already reached out to that link and it’s a chat robot with a survey. Chipotle is a joke.

This is my local chipotle and I come here regularly. Today I got FANTASTIC service from Jaden and the staff working. Everyone was super accommodating and Jaden was excellent with helping me use my birthday reward to get my free guacamole !! Thank you Jaden !!!

Half portions should be expected if you see the manager Nicole Hangs there. Caucasian woman with tattoos. Goes out of her way to skimp and make sure your bowl looks half empty. Id rather drive to the Chipotle at The Oaks where they actually serve full portions

I already saw a similar experience in the reviews regarding this specific employee. She was extremely cold and rude. I also came in at 9PM (still an hour before closing), and she was acting like it was the biggest inconvenience to her and that all the portions she was about to serve came out of her paycheck. She served me little portions of everything, and then made faces when she would have to restock certain sides they didn’t have. This was such weird behavior because there was like a line of 10 people behind me, so either way they would have to bring out more ingredients to make the bowls or whatever. This entire interaction made me uncomfortable so I forgot to ask for guac as I usually do. When I realized (only about 5 minutes after placing and receiving my order), I went back and kindly asked her if I could get guacamole on the side. She coldly said they were out (which okay I can understand, they were an hour out from close), but then I also asked for vinaigrette that SHE forgot to give my friend earlier, and she grabs a vinaigrette and adobo ranch from the fridge and quite literally throws it across the counter. I guess she gave the adobo ranch for free (didn’t even ask for allat), but the entire interaction was terrible, and she has a crazy attitude. I’ve worked customer service and food service, and I get it can be frustrating at times, and closing can be stressful, but this was just insane.

Staff is nice, but the quality of meat at Chipotle in general has gone to junk. Fat, skin, cartilage, basically unprocessed meat. Theyd do better grinding it into burgers than serving like this. It used to be great. If you care about what youre chewing, its time to abandon Chipotle.

I hope it's not always this dirty. We walked in at 9pm because it was the only quick service location still open. The older woman at the counter was visibly agitated that she had customers an hour before closing time. She was not friendly to say the least. Then we went to sit and the place was such a mess. Almost all of the tables were dirty. I ordered a steak salad so I went to grab a fork but there were none. Unfortunately I had to go back to ask the lady and she said they were out of forks. She said there are spoons, as if it's totally normal to eat a salad with a spoon. I literally gaped at her with uncomprehension. I hope they get a shipment of forks the next morning or everyone will have to eat with spoons?? I grabbed a plastic fork from my car and the salad was good, but the steak had so much gristle. I already deleted my Chipotle app.

I love Chipotle, but today’s experience was tragic. I paid extra for guacamole and got a scoop so small I thought it was an accident. It looked like someone thought about guac, then changed their mind halfway through serving it.
It was barely a green smear hiding in the corner of my bowl like it owed someone money. I’ve seen more substance in a mint leaf.
If you’re going to charge extra, at least give us something we can taste more than once. I’m still emotionally recovering.
Do better, Chipotle. And please, let your employees know guac isn’t rationed like it’s the Great Avocado Depression.

Portions are absolutely meager compared to other local Chipotle's. Staff decided to give attitude after mentioning they were only giving half portions. Won't be coming back to this location again for spending more for less.

STAFF can NEVER get a door dash orders correct, consistently missing items like drinks, sauces, condiments, sides, chips ALWAYS with the laziness with this and of course you can’t contact the store about it because god forbid the manager or any workers take responsibility for $20+ worth of food and drinks are just “not placed in the bag”.. hey corporate! check on this manager at this location they seem to lack competence

Got a burrito on the app, and its size was already small but when I ate it it had practically no chicken at all. Maybe 2.5 bites worth of chicken in the whole burrito.
