Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Cold old food and terrible service last 20 times in a row. Go to the Oaks one
ordered DOUBLE chicken and got less than when I ordered regular chicken. $30 for 5 bites of chicken. what the hell?
They’re very very skimpy at this location so beware. After being skimped on 3 times we just drive farther away to a better chipotle that gives you more.
Super stingy with their servings
Ordered food online multiple times and have not gotten items and they have completely botched simple orders. Never coming to this location again.
Employee acted as if my bowl was coming out their pocket. I paid $17 for a bowl of chicken and rice and it looks as if I had none of either. Definitely thought for the amount of money we pay the food would be enough. Management needs to do better. Paid over $17 and I'm still hungry.
15+ people in line and one person behind the counter. Two employees saw the long line and went on break. I get that people are entitled to their breaks, but at $20 an hour these places should employ enough people to have decent customer service. I feel sorry for the poor kid who was running the line and checking people out. He was trying his best fighting an apparently losing battle. :(

Great portion sizes 🙂
The service has drastically improved in the last few weeks. I avoided coming here during lunch rush because it took so long to get the food. Now there’s no longer have just one person working here so I am able to get my food much faster.

My child and myself received food poisoning from this place on August 26th. Do not go after 5 o’clock for any food. The food was left out without controlled temperatures. I should’ve noticed when there was no activity at the location. I strongly recommend a food inspector visit this location.

Ever since Nicole took over as the manager here the food has been consistently good and the service has improved. The staff don’t seem to hate their jobs at this chipotle like they do at most others I’ve visited. This is my go-to chipotle. I just wish the chairs had cushions :)

This chipotle is always hit or miss, sometimes they barely put anything in my bowl and sometimes they load it. Also sometimes the chicken and steak is not good.

I bought a chicken salad . Within an hour I had 3 hours of painful diarrhea. They keep the greens in a janky $3 Tupperware container next to the front line . Zero refrigeration , this has to be a food violation esp when it's 80 degrees out. Greens were wilted and slimy. I ate it anyways because I trusted them. If I could sue I would. Almost went to the ER. Reading other reviews this isn't the first time. Uncooked greens standing around esp in a humid container with no refrigeration is a fantastic harbor for ecoli and salmonella. If someone touches chicken then grabs lettuce in this container and closes the lid, they are incubating bacteria until the next they reach in for greens. Horrible training and awareness.
Only 1 employee handling everything from serving to checkout. This is the second time I’ve experienced rudeness as well. I am not inclined to go
