I had the BEST experience ever!!! Me and my kids came in a bit ago and we had a blast. I really recommend going - It is so fun and my kids had so much fun. The employee Berlin assisted our family and was very hard working. As well as the kind cashier with the glasses. Very kind people. Very fun establishment. Would come again!

We have come here for years, never had a bad experience. Walked in and right away the woman in the front looked like she didn't like her job. My 8 year old brother was never asked to be measured before and we came about 1 week ago. She either doesn't like her job or is over doing the power she thinks she has. We left and went to Dave and busters instead.

Pizza was solid. Kids were happy with the games and atmosphere. Salad bar was decent. No animatronics though.

This was hands down the best birthday experience.I have ever had. Our party supervisor Berlin was absolutely one hundred percent Amazing!!! Thank you so much for making such a special day even more wonderful!!!
First time visiting this location! The staff was very friendly and nice. Liliana the host was very polite and attentive. This location was clean, not over crowded and the food was good and on point! Definitely recommend coming if you have little ones.

The food takes forever The person in charge seemed to harass us. She seemed like she does not like her job. She rolls her eyes at things and looks exhausted. No effort is put in from this staff to make these kids experience there enjoyable. There is always a long line and the staff seems lost with no direction. No sense of initiative or desire to make things happen.

As a destination for a party or to entertain young kids there is a lot to entertain. Staff was courteous and attentive. The play area, dining areas and restrooms appeared clean and maintained. Ample seating around the play areas to relax while still keeping watch over your child.
