The food takes forever The person in charge seemed to harass us. She seemed like she does not like her job. She rolls her eyes at things and looks exhausted. No effort is put in from this staff to make these kids experience there enjoyable. There is always a long line and the staff seems lost with no direction. No sense of initiative or desire to make things happen.

As a destination for a party or to entertain young kids there is a lot to entertain. Staff was courteous and attentive. The play area, dining areas and restrooms appeared clean and maintained. Ample seating around the play areas to relax while still keeping watch over your child.

I had a wonderful experience at Chalet Cheez! The place is exceptionally clean, and it really adds to the comfortable atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Chalet Cheez to anyone looking for a welcoming and spotless place to stay. Also Colten is vey nice and professional.

We showed up for sensory friendly Sunday. My son is dressed up in his costume and only one there. He is soooo happy and we thank Chuck E. Cheese and their employees so much for everything. Bless you guys.

Way better than I remember as a kid. HUGE shoutout to the staff when I went in Friday, Sep 27. We were one of 3 families there when they opened, and I was surprised and very appreciative to see how on top of cleaning they are. All the game machines worked and are in great condition. There’s too many kids-themed places with broken machines, and everything here worked!
Chuck even came out at lunch time, and it was such a special moment for the few kids there on the dance floor.
The pizza was delicious (stuffed crust!), and I was happy to see them stretching out the dough fresh. No frozen pizza here! Salad bar also had great fresh options.
The silver pass is a no-brainer and definitely the best bang for the buck. Will definitely be coming back and wish I had discovered this place during the summer heat wave days.

One of the best CEC locations out there! I’m so glad that they chose to keep the sports room. If it is very busy and loud I would really recommend sitting in the sports room. It is located in the back left corner of the store and it is very quiet and old school. The service was great and the new trampoline zone is awesome! This is probably the best in the area.
