My experience was unprofessional. When I first walked in, there were teenage girls on their phones, jumping around, and doing their makeup like it was some kind of party. I went there to get ice cream for my kids, and just walking in felt weird. When it came to ordering, the girl was still on her phone and giving us weird looks, so we decided to get ice cream somewhere else. Overall, it was a very unprofessional business, and I will not be going here again. :)

If i could give zero stars i would..... my family and I went there tonight. We walked in just as it was turning 10pm . The employees were very rude and unwelcoming. Instead of locking the door and helping the people inside, we were told to leave... i will be spreading the word of the complete disrespect. I asked for a manager and ritchie (super disrespectful) said she was in charge and we were to leave. We come here quite often and will never be back. It is sad that the owner has this many complaints and is still in business and employs these incompetent people to represent them

Worst cold stone i have ever been to! I placed an online order for a custom cake and when i went to pick it up the cake was never made. I contacted the owner of the store AJ and was told he will look into it and never heard back from him. I spent over $50 for a custom cake and had to end up settling with a pre made cake they had in the store. Worse location EVER! I should of listened to the reviews and went to a different location

This location has been going downhill for a while. Ice cream is served melted half the time, sizes are inconsistent and you often get a single that's smaller than a kid size, very stale waffle cones, way overpriced, and the latest today was that since they were out of sample spoons they were refusing to let anyone try any flavors even with a normal sized spoon (that they could then just use in their ice cream). Not worth it for the extremely expensive price, there are plenty of other great ice cream places around.

Honestly, I don't even know where to start

It's pretty impressive; This might be the first interaction I have had with a business where I can't think of anything they did right.

First: Of the three girls at the counter, only one was dressed appropriately. They looked like they just got out of bed; one didn't even bother buttoning her shorts.

While waiting in line, both wiped their noses and proceeded to make orders without washing their hands

We asked for a sample spoon and were told they couldn't give us any because they didn't have "sample spoons."
When we explained we just wanted it to give to my one-year and asked if they could use a regular spoon with the same portion as a sample spoon, they refused, saying it wasn't allowed.

We ordered a banana Carmel Crunch; they got halfway through making it before realizing they " Ran out" of bananas. When we said we would just order something else, they both gave me attitude, telling me I had to pay for the one without the banana before they would make us a replacement

That was the straw that broke the Camels back

TLDR; This place with its current staff is an absolute train wreak

May 6th 2024If your store closes at 10pm. Why lock the doors at 9:49? Just lazy your employees can wait. This has happened to me twice in the last week. Lock the doors at 10pm like it is listed.

Do not recommend! Service is terrible and don’t even greet you and act like they’ve got better things to do. Also don’t accept almost any forms of payment and didn’t realize till I got to the register. Place is a dump literally. Uncleaned screens ice cream flavors mixed from dirty scoops and place just looks run down. Also not worth the price, no pricing anywhere visible and ended up paying $21 for two cones with single regular scoops. What a rip off, shame on this place. Do better…

Jusy drove 30mins to find that they close at 9:30pm not 10pm as google says. I would suggest another location or ice cream chain.

These clowns have the time set to 10pm on here. Drove 30 minutes for ice cream only to find out they are closed at 9:37 with the highschool employees staring at me as if I'm an idiot.

Horrible experience. I asked for a large cup and the employee gave me a medium even though I asked for a large. When I told her that I asked for a large, she gave me attitude and raised her voice. The ice cream also melts super quick so I will never be back.

I arrived at 9:40, and they said they were closed even though it says they close at ten.
