My wife and I were ecstatic to spot a fresh Indian fast food joint in the mall. You know, I have a knack for assessing the quality of a Mexican restaurant by taking a dip into their salsa or an Indian spot by sipping on their Mango Lassi. So, I bravely embarked on a mission and ordered myself a Mango Lassi.Well, folks, I can confidently say I almost contracted diabetes just from that one drink. It was like they had a sugar factory hidden in the kitchen and decided to put the whole batch in my glass. Needless to say, I didn't dare order anything else.Fast forward a month, and we strolled past the mall only to find that the place had vanished into thin air. Talk about going out with a sugary bang!

While I have not tried the food at this establishment, I wish it was located in the outside portion of the mall and not in the foodcourt. It smells horrible and makes the mall experience less enjoyable. I do not go to the other stores near the food court because of the curry stench. Very disappointing.

I couldn't believe how small the portion was. Same price as the all you can eat Indian buffet I go to in Van Nuys. Food made to order, but it was quite bland. Extremely disappointing.

Food was underwhelming. The bowl they give u is so small and it is more like a child's portion. My veggies were way undercooked. It was so expensive for what I got. I cannot recommend this place especially if you are starving you will need to go order additional food. The sauce on the bowl was awful and the bowl went into the trash!

Samosas are frozen and were not heated all the way, naan barely qualifies as naan, more like a slab of dough with burn marks in it, and the curry bowl gave me diarrhea, would not recommend eating anything here. there is no line for a reason.

This place was SO BOMB!!! I came to the food court on Black Friday and was pleasantly surprised to see a curry spot!!! The community in the area keeps growing with more and more Indian food and culture which is really exciting for an old suburban conservative white washed town. Anyway, I ordered my curry and it was serenity in a bowl!! the owner or manager said they had just opened and was so nice! I'm excited to see they're opening up in the Ventura mall, I keep craving Indian food so it's perfect!!! Please let me know when the opening date for the new location in the Ventura mall will be!!

Let me explain the start of this disastrous meal I had unknowingly gotten myself in, it was Saturday afternoon when my friends and I were hanging out at the mall and decided to grab a bite to eat. While we all went to get our own foods and meals of preference in the food court, I decided to try this curry place as I had never seen a make your own bowl curry. I also wanted to give it a chance and some business as I saw that nobody was lined up, I go up to the register and wait a solid couple minutes before someone came out to take my order, overall the man was very nice. I had gotten a large mild meatball curry, I waited 30 minutes at least for my order, which I thought was weird as they didn't seem to have any orders before but shrugged it off. After I had gotten my meal and sat down, expecting to enjoy myself as it smelled okay. I was horribly horribly surprised as I dug in, where do I even start. Firstly, the meatball I had gotten was horrible I have no idea what or how a meatball could taste so bad. It was chewy and gamy, it was as if the meatball wasn't made of meat at all. Then the curry itself, it had spice I'll give it that. But too much of it, it tasted as if someone put a dead rat into a blender with a bunch of spices that did not mix or belong together in one meal. The rice was cold and the veggies were bland at best, after complaining to my friends who thought I was being dramatic, I offered for them to try it. Which they all agreed, and spat out in disgust. This was a dreadful mistake and I plan to never go back.

This place is amazing. Food is so delicious. I have to stop myself from going more than once a week. The curry bowls are made to order so you get to choose everything. Like subway but Indian food. It's great when you're picky like me. The mango yogurt drink is great too (almost a meal by itself and super tasty) The staff are friendly and the cook is skilled. This place is in the mall food court where the old stone oven used to be. I go to the mall just to get take out from here.
