By far and away the cleanest and most efficient D&B we have been to. We visit them all over the country and this is our favorite location, and are always treated like family from arrival. The food is consistent and the games are maintained. Amazing place for family weekends.

Our family loves coming to Dave & Busters and this is by far the best location to go to! The staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we are all having a great experience. The food is great too! I highly recommend taking your family here or for a fun date night.

Had a good time!
Tons of fun. Only negative was that some of the machines didn't work when we scanned our card...took out money but couldn't play. Other than that it was great.

Not organic food will always make your star rating drop.
Enjoy the remodeling!

The bartender Ernie came to our table and told us if we didn’t get more food or drinks we had to leave. We ordered a drink and he kept harassing us to leave. We ordered more food because he kept insisting in an extremely rude demeanor. If you are having a bad day don’t take it out on customers trying to watch the fights..

Our first time to this Dave & Busters and it was overall a great experience. Every aspect of this place five stars except for the overall rating. I’m ratingthis place at three, because the one and only reason we had decided to go was for the virtual reality games.
When we arrived, the lady in front took our payment for the virtual reality games and we proceeded to go in, ate lunch and once we were ready to play, as we were looking around, we couldn’t find the virtual reality game we went there to play. They did have a couple of virtual reality games, but they were really on the weak side. He wanted to get the serious stuff. When we asked where it was at, they had apologized to us and told us that they had just sold their game and gotten rid of it within the last week.
Don’t get me wrong.
This place was great.
Everything that they had was awesome and their customer service was on point.
Food was good but I had to give them a three overall because the only reason we went there, turns out that it wasn’t going to happen after all.
Now …
If that was it, I probably would’ve just given them a 4 star rating but the fact the lady in front actually sold us the tickets for the special virtual reality game you have to pay for separately, really got me excited to play and it was just that much more a let down when I found out that they didn’t have it!
They did give us credit for the cost of those tickets and transfer them into focus for us to play with, but they didn’t give us a refund so we have to use those credits in order to which is part of the reason why they’re getting overall .
The final straw that really cemented in their three star rating overall was when I was playing the pitching speed in back, I got the high score which is the top price with a bonus and the payout on the machine got up to like 683 tickets and then automatically stopped, and when I asked them where the pay screen is and how much tickets I’m supposed to get and what formula the game is using in order to be able to figure what the amount of tickets are, he said they didn’t have one so I feel like I got ripped off and shorted on the amount of tickets I could’ve won. Never know what that price truly was but I don’t know now because they don’t even know.
OK, that’s all my rambling and I do recommend going to this place but don’t put too much hope into the whole gaming side of things.

The food was nothing great. Appeared to just be reheated food. Nacho chips were stale and sauce was bland. The server was very nice, but it took 15 minutes to even be asked about our drinks. She apologized for the poor service noting they overloaded her area in a short amount of time. Might try it again, but we will see.

Where should I even start, my first mistake was not checking the arcade before purchasing a card because it was awful. 80 percent of the games were not even ticket based games they were just simulations or games that reached the limit of 100 tickets as the jackpot. It was so boring and, of course, all the games were rigid, and there was one that was broken and only gave me 10 tickets instead of 200. After spending 50 dollars, we got one keychain, we only got 800 tickets which you really can’t buy anything from the prize place. Not to mention, everything from there was from the 5below store unless you wanted a 100,000 ticket PlayStation.
Moving on to the dining area, you had to just sit down at a random table and wait to be served, it was not even that busy, there was probably seven to ten tables with six people working as waiters and we still had to wait 45 minutes to be given plates, and then waited 25 minutes to be asked if we were ready to order. We order a plate with cheese sticks and pizza with two shots during happy hour. We waited 25 minutes to get our food and 35 minutes for the shots. We asked for extra ranch when we order and was never brought any, until I asked 15 minutes later because we kept on getting ignored by the waiter. It then took 20 minutes to get, two ranches. We ate cold food and then decided to check out. To our shock, they charge extra for ranch and we were never told before ordering or during, or even after, and when I told them why I was being charged for 3 oz ranch they said it was a new policy, I did not even want to argue, so I said okay whatever and paid. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until I found my receipt and saw that we were charged full price for my friend’s shots during happy hour and for one extra ranch that came with the food we purchased. I should of checked my receipt better but I was distracted with not only the horrible service but the extra ranch charges. The service was awful, the food was mediocre, and the whole place was just a waste of time and money.
If I could I’ll give it zero stars.

A large group of us (at least 12 everytime) get together here regularly and have made sure to follow the reservation requirements to make sure we are accommodated and servers know what's coming. I even make my reservation 4 weeks in advance. I also note in my reservation a request for a special seating location. Due to construction, that could not be met. What was most disappointing was that I was not notified of this until I arrived and brought it to their attention. Had i been notifiec in advance, I would have still kept the reservation, just requested a different seating location. Instead we were seated away from the bar area and "action". Additionally, our food and drink orders were incorrect several times. Lastly, we were told that there was a new billing system in place that could not split our checks as they had in the past and that one person would have to pick up the gratuity for all. After some discussion, ultimately, it was able to be divided by the restaurant but only after unnecessary frustration and me, the birthday girl, saying I would pay for all of it. We had never had issues like this in the past. For our group it wasn't just fight night, we were celebrating 2 birthdays, mine specifically being on this night. Because we are a close knit group, we didn't let these problems ruin the evening but the frustration level was definitely on the very high side. So, sadly, we will have to decide if we want to continue going here or not and referrals to this D&B location. Again, I might not have been as frustrated if there was more communication about the change to my seating request due to the construction. I understand there may be limitations but when the reservation note says "large TV room, want to watch the fights" and it can't be accommodated for a group of 12... a little more courtesy should be given. It's like saying I'm going for the arcade games but then all the arcade games except one are gone.
