I love El Pollo Loco. I go to several different stores regularly. This is by far the best one. Their chicken is normally moist. The dining area is unusually clean. Typically, epl dining areas are not well bussed. The tables need a wipe down, the last customer did not clean their table, so on. For me, that's part of the price of getting the food I love. This place is spotless. They actually clean the seating area regularly. So, not only is their food better than average, it is a better than average place to eat. I go out of my way to eat here. It is 4 miles south of my house. I go here, past the one that is 1 mile away. Cleaner, better!

We have been going to this Pollo Loco for years as the food has always been good. Although, recently the food and service is A++++. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly, especially the general manager George. I believe that this store is the model for all pollo loco restaurant.

Newsom doss it again. I’m sorry two burritos with breast meat for over $30.00. The 16 piece meal was $50.00, insane. Great job Newsom. More of these places will be closing and you can think your useless Governor.

Really, it's a burrito, left wondering why I had to spend any time just for an advertised free offer. Employees were good...just couldn't get out of there fast enough before I acted like THAT PERSON, ARGUING OVER A STINKING ?!

Ordered 14 tacos and 3 large sides. Was told 89.00 when I pulled up they said 118.00 they had to correct tye price. Then only gave me 4 tacos I had to drive all the way back to pick up the other 10 tacos. I was literally the only person in drive thru. They all need training

We went to this location and placed our order. The girl at the drive-through window gave me my food and walked away. When I looked in my bag. We were missing two items. We sat there for 15 minutes until she came back so that I can let her know that we were missing an item. We also ordered chicken Tortilla soup and all the condiments were missing. Was just a bowl of vegetables in broth with very minimal chicken.
El Pollo Loco is the real thing. Good quality food and relatively authentic. Taco Bell and Del Taco and the like are garbage by comparison.
