Gave one star for food because the chicken was so over cooked and hard as if it was sitting since store opened- on street corn bowl and on tostado bowl not only over cooked and hard as well-but you gave more lettuce than any other item- I ordered a chicken tostado classic bowl all I got was a tostado lettuce bowl- I paid extra for extra cilantro lime dressing and didn’t receive it- atmosphere got one star because a) I got it to go and b) upon picking up there was no one in there eating anyway- I NOW KNOW WHY! Worst experience ever since new remodel should have taken my $27.42 and flushed it down the toilet! Staring to check this place off my list of PLACES to NOT EAT at! Very sad and disappointing!!

This isn’t a dig at this location, rather at el polo loco as a company, and the ownership/management. It boggles my mind how incompetent people are able to run companies like this.
I wanted to place an order here for the first time in years. I registered via Apple in the el pollo loco app, but every time I try to log in I get an error. I request a password reset email, but it never arrives. I try to register for a new account, but my email is already in use. I try to use a different email address to create an account, but it says my phone number is already in use. I have no recourse.
You would think people running a business like el pollo loco would be competent enough to work out the bugs in their app to ensure this doesn’t happen to their customers but they are not. Now I’ll go back to never eating here.

We needed a catering box last-minute to feed volunteers, and this El Pollo Loco made it happen much faster than the website showed they could! Good thing we called. Thank you so much to the manager and employees. The burritos, chips and guac, and churros were delicious and enjoyed by all.

I love El Pollo Loco. I go to several different stores regularly. This is by far the best one. Their chicken is normally moist. The dining area is unusually clean. Typically, epl dining areas are not well bussed. The tables need a wipe down, the last customer did not clean their table, so on. For me, that's part of the price of getting the food I love. This place is spotless. They actually clean the seating area regularly. So, not only is their food better than average, it is a better than average place to eat. I go out of my way to eat here. It is 4 miles south of my house. I go here, past the one that is 1 mile away. Cleaner, better!

Their restaurant makes amazing food, and their team does a wonderful job with cleaning the tile grout floors and making sure the property is as clean as possible.✨✨ They're the best! We have been going to this Pollo Loco for years as the food has always been good. Although, recently the food and service is A++++. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly, especially the general manager George. I believe that this store is the model for all pollo loco restaurant.
